    I feel bad leaving a 2 star review because I am in the middle of a remodel and am at Lowe's almost every week to pick something up. The first time I came to deal with customer service was for an online pickup and although it was a seeming painless experience the employee asked for help and the other employee that came to assist was extremely rude and condescending. It made me feel bad for her. Then today, I was in line behind 2 customers with one behind me. There were 3 employees in the customer service area and only one was working. The other two employees were standing and talking loudly. Loudly enough for another customer to turn around to me and roll his eyes. In addition to that, both of these employees were not wearing their masks. Meanwhile Jasmin was the only employee actually working and was running 2 registers to try to keep up. I was hoping my first bad experience was a fluke but I am disappointed in the service at this Lowe's. The picture is for reference.

    Bad so just came in a few minutes ago with my dad and my family and so my dad a few days earlier I have a had bought some stuff right and after that three days after that my dad comes and I pay for new stuff with that same card and turns out that the car does not go through but my dad has not use the card and the lady that was there she said that it didn't go through what do you wanna pay with my dad was like well I I have not use that card so I should go through i I just Stared at them while they were fighting another lady comes and says yeah I can solve this problem because the lady had call her and she was like sure and take it up to the customer service desk thing and she checks it on the computer and nothing the money is not there my dad I was shocked he didn't understand he has not use that card my goodness that was so rude of them the lady three days before that you had put all the money that my dad did use with that card so you could buy different stuff when he needed it and I'll turns out that there's no money on it wow you're literally robbed my dad's money they should be fired the lady at the desk no they are racist we are Spanish I'm just scared of coming back whatever happened last year with Trump know he already passed he's not the president anymore

    MY go to store, love Lowes. 45 years or so. Friendly, good selection. Super bargains now and then.

    If you are looking for service in the hardware department...try Home Depot. These people are not interested in serving anybody!

    Recently purchased a hot water heater from there and had superb quality customer service there with them. Highly recommend this store !

    For a long time I supported this place and strongly advocated against shopping at Ace hardware…read more Keep things local at a hardware store that is part of the community. Unfortunately, one smug employee ruined that experience for me, and I'll now be switching my allegiance to Ace. I purchased a small $6 shower accessory. Unfortunately I lost the receipt. The accessory was not what I needed, and I attempted to return it. The employee stated I cannot return without a receipt, even for a store credit (I was going to purchase products worth more than the value of what I was returning). I was disappointed at this response, but I shopped for what I needed anyway. I went to the front, and the employee was helping another customer in an aisle. After helping that customer, she proceeded to another customer in the aisle. Now, I understand one person having to triage, but at that point a simple acknowledgement of me would have been nice. It felt intentional, and it seemed as if the employee was taking satisfaction, acting somewhat smug as she told me she won't accept a return without a receipt. Not sure if this is just one rude employee, or the owner is really this strict about returns on $6 items that are clearly unused, but either way, I seriously doubt I'll be doing business here any more. If you had or have a similar experience, I also encourage you to drop these clowns. (Incidentally, when I purchased the item I would eventually return, I was not asked for my phone number (which they generally use to text receipts, as I'm part of their "customer club" or whatever. So there is actually another mess-up by a different employee that could have accommodated the companies own draconian return policy.) In short, I go to a neighborhood spot like this for the service. And when I'm treated this way, it defeats the purpose of avoiding much more convenient and likely cheaper options like Ace or Amazon. You are not really selling hardware - you should be trying to offer a superior customer experience--remember that and you will not lose customers like this
