That right there is a reflection of the management that does not exist for what is supposed to be a Christian establishment. The store is good for getting essentials that you can find yourself. However, good luck finding an associate that can be useful and knowledgeable. I will not review the associates as it is not their fault. It is no one else's fault but the invisible managers here who should be disgusted with themselves for setting the associates up for failure and placing them in hazardous situations that can kill these young kids trying to be responsible and actually maintain a job in today's fallen world. No one picks up the phone. Associates do not help you on the floor. Employees are not knowledgeable of any merchandise of all categories. When we thought Lowe's in the bad parts of the state was the worst. Terrible that Rural King in the Front Royal area is beyond a disappointment.

So, for the last few years, I've done most of my hardware store shopping at the Front Royal Lowes, even bought a riding mower and a couple of appliances from them. They're imperfect, but the staff is generally friendly and helpful, and when they don't know the answer they collaborate with team members to get an answer, which I've seen them voluntarily do quite a number of times.
