Jared was able to track down the exact color used for me and the date! He went out of his way to stick a note on his desk so when I came in to purchase another gallon he wouldn't need to look it up again. I came in and purchased the gallon today and was really just blown away with how great their customer service really is! I got home and touched up the wall and you can't even tell a difference!! I called James River and explained the problem with their service, so they sent the same tech out and BILLED ME AGAIN to correct the poor job they did in the first place.  Also, they billed me to "shapen my blades" even though I didn't ask for it because my blades were brand new. They also added a $125 charge for transportation, but they never transported my riding mower anywhere. Very poor service, items added to my bill I didn't want or ask for, apparent bogus line items, and a questionable billing department makes me say STAY AWAY. I placed a call to their service department to see if they'd care to rectify any of these issues. I understand their billing department is experiencing issues due to covid... but I'm pretty disappointed and will seek elsewhere.  Will update my review if they clear these mistakes up. By the way, my mower still has never performed well ever since they performed their "annual service".  Will go elsewhere to fix whatever they did to my fuel filter. Bought a John Deere 4052m tractor a couple years ago and it was a great experience. It was a no brainer when I wanted to upgrade my mower so I called Barry and let him know I was looking for a Z730m zero turn mower. He stated he would get 1 for me as soon as possible. After about a week the grass was growing with no mower in sight. I called Barry and he advised me to come right up and they would equip me with a loaner. Sure enough they did and I was told to keep it until my unit came which ended up being about 2 weeks. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays and at James River you are not treated like another number. If you are looking for any equipment I would highly recommend calling Barry. James River family you have a keeper in this employee.

I'm on a set income and this ridiculous increase by the CUBESMART Board of Directors might force me to surrender my unit. I'll be escalating this situation to local politicians, an attorney, Bronx 12 News, and contacting the people at CUBESMART that authorized this over 50% increase from my initial contract within a year of signing it.
