Being this was my first time in a Tractor Supply Store, I was not sure what to expect. But it feel's like any other old school, small town hardware store - which for me is a cool and comforting vibe! I went in looking for a long handled scrub brush to use for scrubbing and cleaning out my trash and recycling receptacles, a soft broom for sweeping the floor, and to check out the prices on Chain Saws. They had a number of scrub brushes - I found one that might do the trick. I opted for one with an intermediate length handle instead of the long floor length handle - this just might do the trick! Did not find the kind of broom I wanted. And they carry my favorite brand of Chain Saws - Husqvarna!

    $18 on sale & insulated!

How to start things off…read more.. This place is a mess down right. If you want to wait in like from 20min to even an hour or more, make sure your schedule is freed up. 99% of the time there would be a single cashier, and when they ask/call for back up you can hear in the radios that someone is either on their 15 or break or wouldn't be up until 15 or more minutes later. They keep their radios at a decent to high volume and rely on taking via managers from the register, which causes a lot of back up issue. Especially when it comes to transaction refunds, exchanges, or any other problems. Then let alone too, most of the time too. You can tell when someone doesn't even want to be at work there. Talking about a baby daddy, or their own relationship problems, even worse as well 99% of the time on their phone and asking someone else to take the register... Most of the staff is too laid back, and are just showing up to get paid but never want to put in the work. Let alone, apparently they get a bunch of new items almost on the daily? This store is too small and way overwhelmed with items that you cannot even find something decent unless you move things around.. If I worked for a company like this, I know for a fact there would be problems due to how much is going on already. But yet I cannot understand just how a company will sit by an allow a store to look, sell, and act like this...

I complained to a floor manager who was very busy, but eventually he opened one register. I had a full cart and considered abandoning it moments before. Fortunately I got through and the person at the register was good, but something has changed in Warrenton recently. Most of the employees assigned to cash registers are slow and barely functional. Not all. In fact, I will go out of my way to avoid certain ones and even stand in a longer line. Particularly ones who sit down. I will still get most items at Walmart, but I have started shopping at other grocery stores for mid week needs. I just don't have time to spend 20 to 30 minutes in checkout. The result is I will spend less money at Walmart.

If someone has to check their self out then walmart needs to pay them to do your job, i understand having a few self checkouts in case someone wants to use that but for us to have no choice is ridiculous, I'm not the only one who sees it that way because i hear others mad when they see no line open, i think when that happens everyone should leave their cart sitting at register and walk out, Their is also handicapped customers and elderly, so do they have to do your job too, walmart is a 0% for me,

During this visit, however, I was directed to the front instead. When I arrived at the front, the signage pointed toward Customer Service, so I waited there for a short while. I noticed several employees performing various tasks, including two at the registers. After waiting, I asked one of the cashiers for clarification. A female associate informed me that all Amazon returns now go through the main line. I mentioned that the signage was somewhat misleading, as it still indicated Customer Service, but her response was curt--she suggested I "take it up with Corporate" and explained they had several call-outs that day. While I understand staffing challenges can occur, I was taken aback by the tone and lack of professionalism in the response. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the situation could be reviewed, as it may reflect an opportunity for better communication and customer service training. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Your Name]

Especially for the Vera Wang collection. Through the years as with many, many companies, quality ran through the gauntlet. It is no more! Plastic shoes, thin, scratchy materials. Sometimes if I go I can find a quality item, but I have to hunt and dig, like my big heavy Madden Girl coat for winter. I love it. The big stopper for me was getting a phone call yesterday from a thick, thick accent from I believe the Philippines. The man was asking for me and insisted to speak to me, which I had told him several times it was me and asked what this was about. Then he gives me information that I had to think and decipher that I had a balance on my card. yes, I know. I was on vacation out of the country for 10 days. Payment due in 8th. I have never, ever received a call from Kohl's! EVER! I do always pay in full within a week or 2. Nope this time I was late. I told him I thought it was a scam and he started to say You want to pay now? I say No. He raises his voice and insists several times, You pay bill! With that I hung up thinking, yes it was a scam. I git on the website & found yes I was late by 5 days! 5 days!!!! His amount was correct. So now, I paid and canceled my account! Kohl's you outsourced your company and the standards I used to purchase a whole lot of products through the years! Good bye- Good riddance!! There are still quality stores with quality clothes that the staff still cares and attends to the clientele. You may not care now but enough people will. Many stores have gone belly up, and you are at risk having others in other countries have our private information access and to have them make aggressive threatening phone calls to great clients, well sucks for you CEO!

We were quite pleased with the quality of the display, that fact it would be handmade in Pennsylvania from solid wood and not some foreign made veneer item. The cost was quite nice too, compared to how much large furniture stores charge for lesser quality items. We were able to select the color and distress options, decided to pay in full, and were told it would take roughly four weeks to deliver. We received a phone call about two and a half weeks later saying the tables were in and ready to be picked up. The tables were very attractive and well made. We are very happy with them. The grain of the wood stands out beautifully. Both times we were at the store, for purchase and pickup, we were offered a free pumpkin or mum to take home with us if we'd like. We both agree we will definitely come back here to purchase more furniture as time goes on. The quality of the pieces stand out, they are handmade by individuals in this country, and the prices are very reasonable compared to what you'd pay at a traditional furniture store, especially since they are solid wood and not veneer. We were treated very politely, enjoyed the purchasing phase, were surprised by the speed of delivery, and are more than happy with the final product.
