Prices are fair for the quality of tree we bought. They gave the tree a fresh cut, and tied it onto the car for us. They also installed a level permanent wooden base at the bottom which made it super easy to stand inside the house. We also bought the Keeps-IT-Green liquid nutrients to lengthen life of the tree. Mary was very friendly and helpful! I couldn't believe how busy this place was! They not only have metal signs and yard sculptures, but also carry Mexican pottery, stone, soil, and a variety of plants. We picked out some perennials for a pot & a beautiful vine plant. We needed to run by Lowe's for something else and I saw the same plant there --it was the same price but did not look near as good as the one at Madison Gardens. I highly recommend coming here if you want to spruce up your yard.

It wasn't a little garbage, it was kitchen garbage bags full of plastics of all kinds. It was a mess. I tried reaching out to the company(by email to the person I was talking to about prices and how much I was ordering) but never heard back unfortunately. The reason that prompted me to write the review in the first place was months later,after receiving the mulch, I was pulling weeds & I was still picking garbage out of the mulch that the rain had washed up to the surface. It looked so incredibly trashy. After writing the review the company called & emailed me to reach out to apologize for the contamination of the mulch, explain that it wasn't their normal business practice & they pride themselves on great customer service & great products (which I've heard about from others in the past which made me choose this company since I was new to the area.) He explained that with Covid, things had gotten a little abnormal & the emails must've gotten lost in the shuffle for the response back about the situation. I greatly appreciated the company reaching back out to me (even after months later) to correct this. They offered to replace or refund my money. I took them up on the offer to replace half the mulch to cover the garbage/plastics on top of my front beds. I've given this company 5 stars because after all that was said & done.... they came through & corrected their mistake. I can understand accidents happening... we all make them. But for a company to right their wrongs, that's a good company to me. The Covid had messed everyone up & turned things upside down so that is totally understandable! I want to add that the delivery driver was friendly & she called both times to ask where I wanted it dumped(the driveway) when she got to my house. Thank you, David, for reaching back out to me to fix the accident. I appreciate the great customer service! I will be using this company again:)

This is a great store for a variety of beautiful fish. They have a lot of choices for plants and…read moresupplies as well. What I haven't had much luck with is their fish. Twice now I've bought fish, brought them home, followed all instructions, and have had four out of ten die. This is the second time it's happened so the first time I disregarded it as a fluke. I have had aquariums for about 50 years and am not new to the hobby so I understand that fish get sick. They have a lot of inventory and obviously there's going to be some attrition. However, since this is the second time it's happened I decided to post my comments. I've also noticed that it is a very male centric store and clientele. I have seen a few women in there, but it seems that they pay more attention to their male customers than they do their female clients. I say this because I have observed their male clients receive attention quickly whereas females often wait. I shopped here because it's close to my home, and I really try to patronize local, small businesses, but maybe I will just go to PetSmart in the future.
