An incredibly comprehensive selection of dog food and dog treats. Impressed by the volume and variety of what Pet Supplies Plus had to offer. If you're looking for diet-specific food, this is the place. Although we did not find an item that met our very specific needs, it was nice to see that they do carry a wide variety of non-chicken-based dog food and treats. Usually I need to order those online, but now I know where to find the ones I do purchase when my supplies run low. Also a good selection of dog supplies like collars, leashes and toys. Prices were a bit steeper than I'm used to paying, though. I did see customers here making use of their groomer and their dog bath area. Nice that they have that available. I did not look at any other pet supplies other than what was available for dogs, but I did spot some small animal items (Timothy Hay, for instance) and there were multiple aisles dedicated to cat paraphernalia. Worth the trip if you're in the area, especially if you're in the market for specialty pet foods. read more

Not going to give any star for this store Everytime we come it's a problem... came in at 6:45pm to use the dog wash and Galliley said the wash was closed for the night, mind you they close at 8pm. I spend a lot of money here on my dogs. I called another Pet supply plus store on Jones rd abs they said they should only be shutting down after 8pm and doing washes in between, and they should not be shutting it down early, I feel very disappointed in this location I don't think I will be coming back to this location. read more

Disappointed that I drove from Tomball to take my dogs a bath and galley said they closed the pet wash it was literally 6:50 when we got there granted the store closes at 8 we've been here several times to bring out dogs before closing to wash and never had an issue tha washing of the area is done after every bath so I didint understand the issue . I really enjoyed visiting Pet Supplies Plus today! I notice a trash can for pets right out front. That's very convenient. This was my first time visiting and soon as I walked in I was greeted! I didn't tour the entire store because I was in a rush! But the store was awesome the areas I breezed through. The pet wash stations looks so spacious! And you also get privacy! This is perfect for your fur babies! I notice they have an adoption area/ I believe it's for certain days. Once I saw they sale science diet I said to myself " they have a customer " Customer service was great! I was asked would I like to join the rewards program! Which I did! I'm excited to see what deals roll in or updates. I will definitely be returning. read more

I was having a terrible week. I went in knowing I needed the app and didn't know how. I had rewards. So I picked out the toys for my dog and ask for my crickets for our turtles. Then I hear from the checker that it was his first day. "OH no" I am not in the mood for this. I will cry at anything. So an asst manager comes over they don't know really how to do the app either, but all 3 of us learned together and Johnny the new guy even learned how to sign up a new customer all by himself. Great attitudes, good teamwork and good atmosphere. I am glad I gave them a second chance. They deserved it! Keep up the good work. read more

When we question her about a discount sign she angrily said the discount was on a size they didn't carry and refused to give the discount on the size they did carry & have available. When we ask if but posting the sign it appears it was a BAIT and SWITCH and then she told us to leave after refusing to give us their customer service number! REALLY RUDE employee. My husband was promised on the phone that I could exchange wet food for dry food of the same brand because one of my dogs died suddenly. When I got there, after driving 25-30 minutes, the woman refused to let me make an exchange although they sell multiple varieties of the same brand. Even after talking to her manager and hearing my husband on the phone, she gave me dirty looks and reminded me for a second time that they're making an exception. I bought 3 5-lb bags of food and paid the difference to make it worth their while. I'm making an exception and never going back there. It's bad enough that I lost my dog. Then I had to endure crappy attitudes from an anal retentive and rude employee. read more

This pet place just opened and I highly recommend taking your pets there. I have a 7 pound 13 yr old schnauzer and a 85 pound 5 yr old German shepherd. Both were on prescription food for sensitive stomachs. I took their food in and they spent 30 minutes seeking close to /better ingredients for my dogs. We found better (and less expensive) food and they both are doing great. I took Lolli (German Shepherd) and used their self serve dog wash. It was awesome as I used the store oatmeal shampoo and blow dryer. She loved it. I found my new pet store!!!! Also become part of the pet rewards program!!! read more

The store and staff are great! They always have everything I need. I'm rating this place 3 stars today because i got my husky groomed here today and when i got her back she was still damp from her wash. It is crucial huskies get fully dried because it's not good for their skin to stay wet due to their thick coat. I have gotten her groomed here in the past and had no problems but was dissatisfied with my trip today considering i spent $100 and had to dry her myself when I got home. I will say that i recommend the store but after today I wouldn't recommend the groomer. read more

We moved to Houston in January 2022 and found this to be a great place to get my labradoodle/wolfhound mix rescue groomed. She has lots of anxieties however, Stephanie is patient and calm with her and consistently does the best job anyone to date has done grooming Annie. i don't understand why places like this even sell fish.. they clearly don't know how to take care of either salt, or freshwater.. Im an experienced and knowledgeable fish-keeper, so heres what i saw. 1. there was a Tang in saltwater so badly covered with ich, i don't know how it was still living, no label on the glass saying "not for sale" or "currently being treated" 2. there where black neon tetras covered in a bacterial infection. starting from the mouth, which appeared to be mouth rot.. again no label indicating they were being treated.. 3. every single tank had ALOT of uneaten food at the bottom, which was decaying, and pumping ammonia into the water, contributing to all of their bacterial issues.. 4. there was left over decaying bits of algae wafer in every tank.. even for fish that clearly need a high protein diet and don't even care for wafers?? that also, was contributing to their bacterial issues. 5. There were 2 oscars about 3 inches long, housed with way too many other SA cichlids in a 5 gallon tank. one of the oscars had a sunken in belly, appeared to be internal parasites.. those parasites likely infected the other fish it was in there with.. again, no label on the glass indicating they were being treated, or not for sale.. Sadly, places like this continue to sell fish to families.. sick, and neglected fish.. this is because A- companies like this provide the BARE minimum for their staff to work with, this includes tiny tanks, and one big filtration system in the back instead of having each tank on their own filtration system like it should be.. because these companies simply save wherever they can B- the company themselves don't know how to care for these fish, so how can you expect them to teach their employees? you'd have to hope the manager is educated in fresh and saltwater livestock before hand.. which usually isn't the case.. Dont buy fish from a place like this. ever. if you want your fish to THRIVE and not just live, than you need to start with healthy live stock.. and this IS NOT the place to get it. read more
