Don't book with this company- They can change their times…read morewhen it's convenient for them with no discount but will charge you full price if you make the same mistake- I've worked with them in the past when their groomer had an emergency and when I double booked myself instead of getting the same consideration I was charged $115!!' Save your money and go somewhere else! Requested a new groomer and an auto request was sent to you. I won't be supporting your business. Don't worry. Like I said- you have rescheduled with me in the past and I was more than happy to work with you- when I needed the same courtesy I was charged for it... why you're deviating from that and going to a contract is wild- Shows that you have no empathy will argue with your customers and then mock them because you lack professionalism! I was more than willing to work with you when it was convenient for your company But as a client I was denied that empathy and now I understand why. Good luck with your business!

Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

My main worry is who is watching these dogs? And how no one was able to give me a straight answer on why and how my dog got hurt. Poor baby was anxious and scared the whole day. Went back to cancel the doggy day care plan that I had purchased, once again the girls at the front desk were understanding and cooperative but i just wouldn't risk bringing my dog here again.

Ms. Beth took wonderful care of our fur babies (we have 4). She was honest when I brought one of mine in for a grooming and he was matted beyond grooming. I'll admit, I brush my dogs but definitely not as often as I should (life happens and we get busy) and for that I couldn't blame Ms. Beth for having to take his coat down shorter than I'd have liked but I totally realized that was on me. My fur baby was much happier with a short haircut than the knots up against his skin.

They seem in fine health but the Otto catfish I got is missing an eye I didn't notice it until I got home, I could probably return him but at this point I feel bad for him. The other fish tanks were nasty dirty and lots of dead fish. The poor bettas looked near death too. I need to not shop here again.

Once again, a shout out to Scarlett's Pet Salon for their wonderful work…read more Two of my dogs come here regularly: a Springer Spaniel and a Cocker Spaniel. Leah does such an excellent job on both of them. They both always look and smell glorious when I go to pick them up. I also love that I drop each of them off and receive a call as soon as they are done. No sitting in a locked crate for hours here! Leah is a true animal lover and a big advocate for rescue. She works with the dogs no matter where they came from, but since both of my dogs are rescues, I so appreciate the patience and understanding that she exhibits when my dogs are there. Both of my spaniels get great cuts and they look like show dogs when they leave. I would not go anywhere else to get my dogs groomed. A locally-owned small business that always goes the extra mile. Highly recommended!
