This was our first experience with mobile grooming, but not our first experience with Bee. Bee is…read morethe owner and she groomed our doodle rescue for about a year at Kriser's, then Natural Paws. Our girl was shaved in rescue and we 'd never had a dog that needed full grooming. Bee got us started and gave us consistently great grooming. I was dreading finding a new groomer when the Natural Paws closed without warning and Bee was not at another location as the sign said. I tried another groomer at a well known business -- the poodle/doodle expert, I was told. Not the same quality. I was fortunate enough to find Bee and learn she was going mobile. When Bee appeared out our door the first time, she got a big standing hug from our doodle so we knew any anxiety when we left her at the store was separation from us and not the grooming. That meant a lot. I got a look at the interior of the van, and it is so well equipped, clean and more spacious than I imagined. The grooming is the same we have known. SO glad to have Bee back! Mobile grooming may be cost a little more, but you get more: totally personal, one on one attention, no leaving your dog in a crate that might stress them out, grooming comes to you - no searching for parking, no walking your dog across burning hot parking lots, and it saves me at least an hour of time between drop-off, parking and pick-up, maybe more for you. If your dog has anxiety (separation, kennels or grooming), try Bee. If you are new to grooming and need someone to work with you as well as your dog, try Bee. If your time is valuable or you have kids you would have to bring along, try Bee. If you have been grooming your dog for years and just want a consistently good groom by someone you can tell loves and respects dogs and owners, try Bee. Booking online is easy with email confirmation to follow. Bee will be there on time and ready to give your pup some love.

My two dogs attended daycare at ABC Pet Resort several times, and our initial experiences were…read morepositive. Unfortunately, an incident in April 2024 changed my comfort level with bringing them back. When I picked up my dogs that day, they were brought out and loaded into my car as usual, and no one mentioned that anything had happened. After I had left and was already driving home on the freeway, I received a call telling me that one of my dogs had been injured and had a cut/scrape on his torso. I was told that if veterinary care was needed, I could let them know about reimbursement, which I appreciated. When I got home, I found a significant scrape about the size of a nickel where all of his hair was gone. Because our vet was about to close, I did a video consultation, and they felt it appeared consistent with a scrape that may have occurred during play. I completely understand that dogs play and accidents can happen in daycare. My concern was how the incident was communicated. I would have expected to be contacted when my dog was injured, or at the very least to have been told directly when I picked him up--not after he had already been placed in my car and I was driving home. We never returned after that incident. About six months later, after continuing to receive daycare emails, I contacted ABC and explained that we had not returned since the incident and asked to be removed from their mailing list. I did not receive a response. I waited a long time before writing this review because I don't take leaving a negative review lightly. As a dog owner, communication and trust are extremely important to me when someone else is caring for my pets. The injury itself was not what ultimately caused us to leave; it was the way the incident was handled and the lack of follow-up afterward.
