He became very upset and stated if you don't like the price you can call somebody else. Normally, I would hang up the phone and call somebody else but because I was extremely busy and my wife was out of town I made the appointment The middle aged lady who came out to clean the first tank, was very soft spoken, had a lot of knowledge of fish and water, I had made a comment about how the owner spoke to me, and she had stated that this was not the first complaint and that the owner is extremely arrogant who walks around with a chip on his shoulder". But he writes her checks so she just looks the other way." How very sad to live in a world like that, I thought it was important to share with you people who the owner really is She did a great job, but I will not be calling this company again.

I received an email response from John within a day and promptly addressed our problem. He recommended a product and in within a couple of weeks, our problem was no longer! I hired Kayci to care for our dogs and fish while my husband and I were out of town for a week…read more I wish I never had. In preparation for our upcoming trip -I met with Kayci three times. The first time with Kayci and her wife, the second at the dog park so she could observe the routine, and again before we left where I reviewed the dogs and fish' feeding and care instructions. Our pups are on a schedule to be walked and fed every morning before 9:00 AM. Kayci assured us this would not be a problem. She also assured us that there would be no issues and she had everything under control. I had offered to more than double her normal fee (1000.00 for the 6 days) - hoping that it would be an incentive for her to keep everything in control. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, turned out to be the pet sitter from hell. During out 6 day trip - Kayci sent no less than 75 text messages. Minimally 39 of them were erroneous, inappropriate or argumentative. I have included several in this review. We had barely begun our vacation, when we received a text from Kayci, "I hate to bother yall but I was wondering if I could possibly borrow and then wash a pair of some shorts". Later she would text, "Seems like the boys poop is a little runny these past few days" - and she wanted to change their diets. Although I didn't think changing their diets while I was out of town was necessary or a good idea - Kayci was having none of it. Rather than tell me in any of our previous face to face meetings, Kayci decided this was a good time to tell me that I don't know how to feed my dogs and I am feeding them wrong - (I have raised dogs longer than Kayci has been alive) She then wouldn't tell me what time she was walking them unless I stopped my vacation and called her. Which I did. I tried to give her the instructions from the vet - and ask her what time she was taking them out in the morning - (If the dogs go too long without a walk they end up with soft stools) At this point, my husband was clearly upset and was ready to kaibash our vacation and head home. Our stress levels were insane. After hours of Kayci's BS - she finally texted, "The dogs do not have diarrhea, just soft stool . . . .My wife specializes in nutrition for pets" She wanted to sell us her nutrition services. All this drama for a sales pitch - All I could respond was, "Lets talk about it when we get home". The last thing I wanted to do was see Kayci get any further unhinged. I had made calls after Kayci wanted to wear my clothes to another dogsitter and hired one -to keep an eye on Kayci and Clearwater Aquatics/Pawsitive Pets. It was the only way to salvage our vacation. On Saturday, I asked her if she would please walk the dogs early the next morning. I was hoping she could keep them on their schedule. I was told by Kayci, "Unfortunately not. I have a dr appointment." I thought it was strange she would have a Doctors appointment on Sunday morning at 7:30 - especially since she had taken the job to sit our dogs and fish several months prior - I asked if she could either reschedule, or come before her appointment. To which I was told, "No mam, that's not how this is goin to go" I could go on for pages, but I invite you to read the text messages - We were guaranteed a professional and stress free experience with Kayci and her wife and their companies, Clearwater Aquatics and Pawsitive Pets - It was as if Kayci intentionally sabotaged our vacation -- When we returned home, Kayci called the following morning. She requested that we pay her the remaining balance BEFORE she would return our house key - I told her to keep it - Were were changing locks after this experience. Then her wife called - she wanted to continue on the line that she and Kayci knew better than I did how to care for my dogs. I explained I have raised dogs/fish longer than she has been alive - She was adamant that she knew more than both myself and my vet - I probably wasn't very nice to her when I explained why they were not getting the second payment. Bottom line -AVOID THESE TWO DRAMA QUEENS. It is not worth the stress and angst they cause - They don't adhere to agreements they are unreliable dishonest and unprofessional - I regret ever trusting these with my animals. Don't make the same mistake. UPDATE!!!!! It has a beautiful cylinder tank with probably salt water fish and another rectangular huge one with a couch to sit and admire. The reason why I would most probably not recommend this place is because prices are way higher than at a regular pet store for exactly the same items, even same brand. It looks gorgeous, but it is out of our way as well and traffic on the 45 is awful most of the time. This place is not worth it for us to go back.

Friendly staff and large variety of fish. But their tanks are extremely overstocked in the show…read moreroom, and many of their fish are not healthy at all. I purchased some fish and shrimp, placed in quarantine tanks that I've used many times before and the fish and shrimp have either since expired, or are now pretty sick, and I'm hoping to be able to heal them back. Staff is friendly, however not knowledgeable. When asked if a freshwater flounder would be good in a community tank, was told they're like a hillstream loach, and will eat algae. That was not true at all, and neglected to tell me it needed Brackish water to thrive, which my community tank did not. Also told me other fish would do amazing in a a nano community tank, but instead are extremely territorial, and a giant harm to those existing fish. The shrimp tanks are so over stocked, you could see the shrimp fighting for food, so when they got home they just ate right up their shrimp pellets. We thought we'd venture out to a different store than our normal, but decided that we will not be returning. Only giving 2 stars for the diverse selection and friendly staff.

My main worry is who is watching these dogs? And how no one was able to give me a straight answer on why and how my dog got hurt. Poor baby was anxious and scared the whole day. Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.
