They make sure that you don't get any fish that won't live well together. We changed our mind about one of the fish that we were going to get and the lady who was helping us did not seem to mind at all. They are also very kid friendly. I brought both of my kids with me and the lady helping us told me that she loved working on the weekends because she liked it when families with kids would come in. Before we left she gave us her card and told us we could call with any questions. I had a really good experience shopping here. I would definitely recommend going here for your fish needs!

Today it took a while to check me in due to computer snafu which is unfortunate as my dog is highly anxious and sat whimpering. No towels in the dog wash so I take him out again to fetch someone and they brought us a towels. Back to dog wash - no grooming leash. Notified staff and they had no answer except "there should be one here". I already take my own shampoo as the last time it was so watered down it did nothing. Still tried to use the bath and wash the dog without restraint to keep him from jumping out. Got that done and dryer didn't work. So not really sure what I'm paying for in the dog wash station except very pricey water.

The first day I came Pet Fair my heart was truly broken from my experience at Petland that I decided to try Petfair the same day.. My experience with the employees there was great however they were NOT trying to break my bank or force me into buying a dog at all!! Janet asked me about my daily routines.. what I was looking for (I had no specific dog I was looking for) and what type of work I did. Immediately based on my personality she showed me my lil guy who in my eyes at the time was a big guy! Lmao I was nervous like "Janet that's a big dog!! He gonna be too big" she reassured me that he wouldn't get too big.. gave me time to truly do my research on his breed and explained why she felt he was for me. I finally took the chance of meeting him. He immediately came out and stood on is legs and hugged me!! I was like omg! His personality literally was just like mine! Let's have fun but let's chill! I completely forgot about the dog I thought was for me at the other store and I trusted Janet and Roberto with assist lol to move forward on getting him! I've had dogs in my lifetime.. it's been a week since I've had my new baby and I named him Teddy! He is by far the best dog I've ever had! Not only that but this pet store I'm convinced does some sort of training for these dogs. At 5 months old crate training has been simple I mean absolutely 0 issues. Potty training has been a 7.5 out of 10 and I honestly think we only had minor accidents because he's getting use to his new home! Teddy and I have fit right into each other and I have absolutely no regrets about choosing him as my fur baby! What is happening inside Pet Fair is not business; it is absolute cruelty. They are filthy, suffocating in the heat because the staff cannot even be bothered to turn on a fan, and there is not a single water bowl in sight. Imagine being trapped in a tiny, boiling cage, covered in dirt, with no way to escape or even get a drink of water. The neglect is devastating. On my visit, there were four staff members standing around doing absolutely nothing while kids openly yelled and slammed on the glass, terrifying the already exhausted animals. In the corner, a dog with a heavily matted face was continuously opening and closing its mouth--clearly suffering from severe dehydration and begging for a drop of water that never came. These animals have no voice, no way to defend themselves, and no one inside those walls looking out for them. Buying a pet from this establishment only funds this misery. Do not give them a single penny. We need to look out for these helpless animals, spread the word, and report this facility until they are forced to close their doors for good.
