And they'll load it up for you! We buy at D & D for our suburban lawn / garden and our acreage outside of town. Good value and selection of products for both pet and livestock care. Best selection of healthy chicks in Springtime. Standard breeds and some more rare breeds available. All our chicks from D & D are now grown, happy and healthy. We can't say the same for chicks from Tractor Supply. D & D is far better than the box-stores in every category they offer.

She quickly answered all my questions. She pointed out that my check would have to clear before they could deliver my mower, but that happened very quickly. My mower was delivered by Charles four days after I paid. Everything went smoothly and it was a pleasure doing business with these folks. I did notice that this shop is EXTREMELY busy, as it seemed every landscaper in the Spring area must go there for parts, repairs, purchases, etc. But that is a good sign in my book! The folks I dealt with were extremely helpful and made this purchase super-easy. I would heartily recommend them if you are considering a mower purchase.

I have never been treated as rudely by someone answering the phone in a "service" organization as I…read morewas today. Linda, who answers the phone, continually spoke over me when I asked her three times to listen to what I had to say about my tractor. Each time I began speaking, she refused to listen and continued to talk. When I realized I wasn't being heard, I finally hung up and contacted management. Lansdowne-Moody in Hockley has had my tractor for A MONTH and we have been VERY patient. We called several times only to be told it would be soon. Miraculously enough when I finally contacted management today, "it's ready to be delivered." I spoke with the manager and let him know the customer service was unaccepatable and a customer is to be heard, not spoken over as I was today. He said he agreed and would have my tractor delivered today. Communication at this location needs great improvement, as does their work ethic to return a customer's equipment to them in a timely manner.

Every staff member I have encountered has been super friendly, recognizes me when I come in, and is incredibly efficient. They're personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The store is really well kept, and has a variety of everything - it's hard to not pick up extras here and there with all of the offerings they have! This is the "feed store for life" for me and my horses, as I can't imagine better service or inventory anywhere else. Thanks guys!
