It didn't, and when I tried to return it, they stated it was out of the package (which it was) and they couldn't offer one, but the reel was still wrapped and unused (how else would I know if it fit). I understand they don't want opened returns, but I bought it upon the advice of an employee. Go with Amazon. Cheaper, more reliable (if you can believe that) and you can return something that doesn't fit, even when told it would. Or even better, go to a mom and shop hardware store and not a corporate one, although I'm sure ACE would be unhappy with this franchise's failure towards proper customer service considering the circumstances.

They could have said "no" and hung up, but someone decided to look it up on the tumblers website while I was on hold, and told me that the website sold the tops and I could get one there! How kind is that?!? My grandparents were owners of a general store... and this is how I remember them treating people! I love this place!

Review of my bathroom after living in it has taught me a few things…read more 1. I LOVE the increased storage. Esp the divider between the sinks and drawers that allows for all my items to be conveniently located while getting ready. 2. I LOVE my shower!! The walls with no door are easy maintenance and the deep divided shower niches allow for storage of shower essentials but the location makes it hidden from the immediate view. The lower niche creates a step for shaving which is perfect! 3. The shallow drawers at the bottom of the sink allow for storage and easy location of smaller items normally "lost" under a sink. 4. The colors and upkeep are gorgeous and easy to keep that way. I especially love the large tiles in the bathroom with limited grout lines. 5. Things I would change: Lighting. I did not take into consideration the level of lighting for make up application etc. it's gorgeous for relaxed spa like feel but does not allow me to see well for practical use at the mirror. I have to pull out a lighted make up mirror. Ventilation: the change in how the shower releases steam fogs up my bathroom mirrors if someone is in the shower while you're getting ready. I'm not sure how to fix this but would ask more questions. We added an additional fan but maybe needed one in the shower area? Overall, money well spent!!' 5.

I am very dissatisfied with Harbor Freight located at 17713…read moreTomball Pkwy, Houston, TX 77064, I am a small business owner of a local Lawn & Mowing company so when I had to do a job across town today I stopped at my nearest harbor freight for a set of new front wheels and tires for my rig, I installed the new wheels and tires in the parking lot and set off. The job I had on this day was a rather large commercial job and by the middle of the job the bushing and bearing failed on me causing me to drive on damaged wheels back to the truck. While driving my rig the 3.5 miles back on pavement with bad bushing and bearings it caused the tires to wear pretty bad, So when I made it home that afternoon I took the wheels and tires back to my local harbor freight store nearest to my home to exchange defective merchandise! I presented my receipt to Joana the teller in which she advised me to go ahead and grab a new set to complete the exchange. So l did so, When I came back to the check out counter (TONY) the manager! Told me he will not except my return and when I asked why he told me that the damage to the wheels and tires did not happen that day and that the wear in the tires happened over a period of time which was not the case! I explained to him that I am a small business owner and the bushings and bearing were defective and he blatantly called me a liar and refused my exchange even though I was clearly with-in my 90 day return policy. (TONY) was very unprofessional at handling this situation. He showed no empathy nor did he show any proper communication skills, This boy needs to put in her place by her superiors before somebody else puts her in her place for talking like an ignorant animal to customers! Instead of coming over and asking how he could assist, Ronny said to the cashier, within earshot of us, "If they know what they want I can help them because I can't read minds." It came across as dismissive and rude. We weren't asking him to read our minds -- we wanted basic assistance. A store manager should be setting the standard for customer service, not making sarcastic comments about customers asking for help.

I politely asked if I could see the necklaces that were on display behind the counter. Instead of showing them to me, she repeatedly pointed to a printed sheet with pictures. I explained that I wanted to see the actual necklaces on display and that I understood there might be a price difference. I even told her I was willing to pay the difference if necessary, but she still refused to let me view them. As a customer, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. The interaction left me feeling as though I was being judged, and I couldn't help but feel that I was treated differently than I should have been. Whether intentional or not, that's how the experience came across to me. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to make an informed purchase.
