We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again.

Also we have an antique wood chair that has spindle legs and cross pieces. One of the cross pieces which was a brace had split badly. They had matching wood and made a spindle replacement for it. I happened to see someone posting about Patrick and Fresh Coat Painters, so I decided to at least get a quote and see if they were the real deal. I was skeptical based on past experiences. I could not have been more happy. Patrick made an appt for a quote and not only showed up, but confirmed the day before. He measured and presented one of the most professional quotes I have ever received from anyone in the construction and refinishing trades. It provided full detail; specifics about the paint products used, the company insurance, and warranty detail as well as much more. They also have easy no interest financing. After Patrick left we went through the quote in detail and contacted him to get our kitchen cabinets refinished. That was less than 2 weeks ago and the job is done! His painters are professional and know what they are doing. Patrick came by several times and we went over specifics. He was always open and took care of any concerns we had. Contracted monolite to fix a leak I had on a window. The initial fix at the window was not…read moresuccessful but monolite came back immediately and found the leak coming from the wall above the window. The workers were very professional and worked through tricky parking around my house/several rain storms. Leaks are tricky to identify so you won't always find them on the first try. I will trust using monolite going forward for any future wall/stucco leak issues!
