This place completely screwed up the blinds in my bedroom, and when I sent them messages about it via Facebook messenger, they blocked me. I don't even have a way of viewing their page on Facebook anymore. When the painter came to my house yesterday, he needed to take the valance off the top of my blinds to be able to completely paint the wall. Totally understandable. But, when it came time to put the balances back on, he didn't do it properly. On one of the windows, he forced it, and it caused a part of it to break. And it broke at 2:30 this morning, crashing into the floor and waking me up. As you can see from the pictures, he left painters, tape on part of the blind in an attempt to hide what he had broken. Also, upon further inspection, I see that he also put the valance on incorrectly on the other blind, which means that it's also probably about to break. I sent him pictures and an explanation of what happened via Facebook messenger. I could see that he read the message. When I sent another message this morning, I could see that he had blocked me, and I'm unable to find his business on Facebook anymore. A picture of that is attached as well. Stay away from this company. They will come to your home and do a decent paint job, but they will break stuff, and you will not be able to hold them accountable.

Don't not use this company. They are liars. They asked dis i want my stice and frig moved to paint behind them. I said yes but please be careful. Fast forward. They finish the job. I pay they leave. THEN I notice an entry door mat has been moved from my back door to in front of the frig I contact the owner who was on-site with two painters. He says my worker said he didn't do it and the floor was already like that. Don't do business with liars and cowards who hide their mistakes like cowards. This place completely screwed up the blinds in my bedroom, and when I sent them messages about it via Facebook messenger, they blocked me. I don't even have a way of viewing their page on Facebook anymore. Did epoxy work for my garage back in mid May 2024. Asked for two coats of epoxy and a clear coat. Around a month in a half, we are seeing some peeling where the car is parked around the tires area (tires got wet from rain). Upon close inspection, the epoxy coat looks paper-thin. I believe it was just one coat and no clear coat applied. There is a 1 yr warranty on the epoxy work but when I called to have Khaled come and investigate/repair, he replied to my text and setup an appt to drop by. Never did, never replied back, and at this point will not honor the warranty. Paid $850 for the job but now regret that I went with PnP. I do not recommend PnP for epoxy work unless you are physically there to inspect and micro manage the project. read more

Excellent work. I've hired a lot of painters in my day and these guys produced the best results I've seen. They were very responsive and able to come out quick and get the job done. All the paint lines were straight and the attention to detail was beyond what I typically see in most contractors. They even helped me finish off a corner of crown molding that I didn't know how to tackle. And when I was unsure of what type of paint to buy, the offered a lot of expert advice. Definitely worth every penny and will hire them again in the future. read more

Wilder was one of the best at that. He came highly recommended by our color specialist from Sherwin Williams, but we still made a point to get three more bids before selecting Wilder. We noticed immediately that Wilder does a thorough job assessing the work and taking good notes to ensure he understands the project. He offers input on paint type, asks questions and understands paint tolerance. His bid was formal, comprehensive and easy to understand. He painted our entire first floor in only three days, floor to ceiling, trim and walls. He did an excellent job with only a few minor errors that he was back to rectify within 48 hours. He pays particular attention to protecting carpets and furniture. Not a single drop landed where it wasn't supposed to. Even better, on his return inspection he noticed that one of our walls looked less than perfect due to poor work on a drywall replacement from the home's previous owners. He got his team back out here, smoothed out the wall, eliminated a needless CAT-5 wall plate, patched that, put on texture and repainted the entire thing. Then, he came again to put on a second coat when the paint dried only slightly differently then it had on the original wall. Wow! We love our new paint job, but love the fact that we've found a partner for future jobs even more. The second job involved replacing certain boards in our guest bedroom that were lifting up and not sitting flush. Both of the jobs required re-installing engineered wood flooring. Rudy was very responsive and reasonable with pricing. The team (led by Rodolfo) was punctual, experienced, and efficient. I appreciate the team members' thoughtfulness and their taking extra care to make sure that, after they completed a job, everything was how it was prior to their starting the job. We are very happy with the outcome of each job. This is a great family business that I will absolutely hire again in the future. We would highly recommend Evergreen Wood Flooring to anyone.

He clearly defined the scope upfront and his team delivered on-time & surpassed my expectation (very high quality work). They did the entire work without my supervision and kept me updated on progress. He was price was competitive, but not the cheapest. But you are for sure going to get a premium product. I also saw some of the lower ratings for Prime House Painting were associated with customers who felt their projects were not considered or turned down. As someone who has worked with contractors many times, I took it as a positive, as Prime House will only take projects they know they can deliver on.

There was a miscommunication at the start of the project, but in the end, I left satisfied. Julio and his guys did a good job and I feel like my place has more life to it than it did before. For that, I am thankful. Fortunately, I did my own research when it came to the type of paint I felt I should get, where to get it, and approximately how much. Tips/pointers were provided by Julio which I feel were helpful to a newbie customer like me. Overall, I'm happy I chose to use these guys. Pros Courteous and prompt Reasonable pricing Communicative Honest & Helpful Quick and mostly efficient (completed in 1 day) Cons Ended up paying more for paint than what I needed Slight damage to furniture (this was compensated though) Would I recommend? Took me a while to post this review. I found them on Yelp hoping the reviews are legit. Some of…read morethem probably are. And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.
