And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

I called three days before Christmas for an estimate with the expectation of having the exterior of the home painted but completed on my next visit to Texas. Christmas was just days away but it so needed to be sooner than later since the property is up for sale. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Martin was extremely professional, punctual and listened to my concerns, issues and went above and beyond to accomadate my time frame. I was trying to get home for Christmas and Martin surprised me and took on the job two days before Christmas. I never expected him to sacrifice his Christmas Holiday with his family to help me get home (to Indiana) but he did. I was so grateful to him! I had picked out the paint color, showed him the color sample and he picked up. First he power washed the exterior then filled all the small nail holes and problem areas. This took literally 8 hours and I was blown away at how thorough he was. I was so impressed with the pride shown in his work. The following day, Christmas Eve, he arrived with another man, to begin the painting. Everything was safely taped off, and he was so kind when I expressed my concern for leaving the deck the old color. He agreed to painting the deck the new color and proceeded to tape this area off for painting. It did impact the negotiated price but it was a fair price for the large area. He completed the job on Christmas Eve, the worksite was spotless when he left and the home had a beautiful new face lift. His work was impeccable!! The painters I had earlier estimates from had no plans of filling nail holes or repairing noticeable issues. Nor did I feel they cared about the quality of their work. This was not the case here. Do yourself the pleasure and save yourself the heartache by working with a true professional and schedule an estimate for your own painting project. We had a leak from our toilet which we didn't notice until... well too late, as we found that our…read morecabinet had rotten, the flooring ruined, and some of the wall had to be cut out. This happened at the beginning of Covid, and we had postponed fixing this, for when the number of cases were more manageable. After 6 months, we didn't want to wait anymore. Dan Shannon gave us a free estimate for the work (plus changing the flooring in the other bathroom to match as well) and had that scheduled soon after. They called 2 days before we were scheduled to start, asking if they can start a day earlier as someone else cancelled, and we agreed (we aren't going anywhere in this pandemic so why not?). Dan and his crew came by right on the scheduled time. Everyone had their masks on (hurray!). They put on heavy paper across the house so they don't scratch our floors as they worked. They were very respectful to us, our home, and our property as they worked, which we're so grateful as we were around the whole time. We're also very satisfied with their craftsmanship, and would use them again for any future remodeling work. Highly recommended.

I needed a lot of advice on how to maximize the use of this very small space and Dan really hit the ball out of the park on this project. Besides age, space, and lighting, a big issue we had was that the shower was recessed about 6 inches into the foundation and also had a dropped ceiling. We did not know what, if anything, was inside the drop. Dan found that the dropped ceiling was just empty, unused space and added that back into the shower compartment. He also added a much needed in-shower light. He brought the floor of the shower up to be appropriately level to the floor which was something we really wanted as stepping into and out of that dark, wet 6-inch recess was sometimes treacherous. Dan's excellent planning provided us with about 3 or 4 more inches of much needed counter top space without making the room feel crowded. The very well-made custom cabinetry exceeded my expectations. Dan's use of recessed lighting, a low profile toilet, a custom-made cabinet above the toilet, and the larger tiles with fewer grout lines all contribute to maximizing the use and the feel of the very limited space in this room. The tile work is just beautiful. Every tile was cut and every edge was hand-beveled on-site as needed for a perfect fit and finish. The paint was sprayed so is very smooth and even. And, of course, Dan and his crew repaired and replaced anything they found that was water-damaged behind the walls in this 60 year old bathroom. They cleaned up behind themselves daily. I really could not be happier with this remodel. Thank you, everyone! This was a job well done at a very fair price. Now, let's talk about that 60 year old kitchen......

This included walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors and even refinishing the kitchen cabinets. They were so easy to work with-- from the quote to scheduling the work and following up for touch ups. It couldn't have been easier which was surprising given the size of the project. They are bonded and insured and have a supervisor who manages the whole project end to end. The painting of everything turned out really well. The best part though by far was the kitchen cabinets. They were a very light oak color; nice cabinets but a bit outdated in terms of color. The team removed the doors, took them offsite to sand them down and spray them. They turned out perfect-- I get compliments on them all the time. They also refinished a stair banister and fireplace mantel. Both were painted black so these were no small jobs. We had these painted white as well and they turned out beautifully.
