I was most impressed by that and highly recommend them. Look at this gorgeous repainted front door!!!

The quote was very competitive and fair ! Frank did negotiate with me, which made what I felt was a great deal. Of course, using my credit card with no extra fee, was icing on the cake. Doesn't hurt to get some extra airline miles. Project started on schedule, delayed a bit to all the rain, but finished in a reasonable time. Workmanship and clean up, perfect! Contact with Frank was very responsive. Thanks guys! Looking forward to extend my warranty in two years.

Solid has an excellent warranty as well on the work done. His "Solid" reputation is well earned and most well deserved.

J&M Remodeling's estimate was higher than the others, but their 5-year warranty and positive customer feedback swayed me. I trusted they would provide the care and quality we needed. The J&M crew was friendly and efficient, prepping the house well and being responsive to our concerns. Unfortunately, an accidental damage issue arose that could have been avoided with better communication. However, J&M worked diligently to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. The end result is a beautifully refreshed home that we love. Our neighbors have complimented the work, and we've received many compliments on the crew's excellent attention to detail. The communication and follow-through from J&M were top-notch. I'm confident recommending J&M Remodeling to others - they proved to be reliable and skilled professionals.

We have worked with Richard twice. The first project was after we bought our new (old) home and had…read moreit re-wired - Richard's team patched 160+ holes and repainted all interiors. The second was to patch a couple dozen holes and repair tile after we had the home re-piped. In both cases we were very happy with the work, Richard and his employees are very skilled. The walls look really fantastic, the texturing is very good, making the areas where holes were imperceptible. Richard also had the young man who worked on this latest project go the extra mile, touching up some paint without us asking, and adding new silicone sealant in the bath, and being very mindful that the grout in the tile work matched what was already there. Richard was great in both cases, particularly because he was able to accommodate us quickly in this latest project, and working on a Saturday so that we would finally have functioning baths again. He is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with.

Devin and his team provided THE ONLY positive experience throughout our entire remodeling process…read moreand if I could go back in time, I would've contacted them first! We made the mistake of trying to touch up our walls ourselves and it was a complete disaster! After having our new floors installed though, I decided I wanted a new color altogether (and in a hurry) so I sent out a project request through Yelp. And lucky for us, Devin responded! From the start, Devin worked tirelessly to find a solution for the conflict between my vision and my bank account! He was incredibly patient with me and all my tweaks to the original request. It took me longer than I expected to make a decision, but he was still able to get me on the schedule the same week and for a great price! The first day, Devin and his team came out and meticulously taped up every edge, took down the blinds/curtains/TV's and covered the floors and cabinets. They painted the walls in all of our communal spaces over the next few days and we even had them repair the wall that was recently damaged by a different company. Throughout the entire process, he kept me posted on progress and checked to make sure that we stayed on the same page with placement. When they were done painting, they took so much care to make sure there was not a drip of paint out of place or any evidence that they were ever there at all. With all the time and care they put into this project, we could really tell how much pride they have in what they do. They went above and beyond our expectations (and previous experiences) to make sure this was a stress-free experience. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!! I've already requested (and received) quotes for our next projects with them.

If you're looking for a team that's professional, efficient, and makes home improvement stress-free, Devin is your guy. Highly recommend!
