One of our gutters ripped off and was dangling. Immediately reached out and it took about 2 1/2 months for them to respond to me. But they finally did and they came out to help fix the downed gutter. Now one of my other gutters is leaking and you can see the gutter guards are hanging off the edge. I reached out asking for help two months ago asking for help and multiple times since. I saw GutterMaxx and several other gutter vendors as the recent Houston Home and Garden show…read more Several vendors put screens on standard gutters. Maybe that works for some people. But I needed whole new gutters and getting something designed not to clog seemed like a better idea than adding screens to something not really designed for it. At least that was my thinking. This vendor and another vendor have somewhat similar designs and I'm sure both companies do a good job. Since I'm not an engineer I can't really say which of the two designs is better but I think they probably both work fine. I happened to pick GutterMaxx and am very happy. The product wasn't cheap. But, I think it is a case of getting what you pay for. They had an 18-month zero-interest option so I went for that. The installation was fast. In fact, I was afraid too fast, could they do a good job in just a couple of hours? My house is relatively complex two-story with odd segmentation. So it was a total of 9 gutter segments. Could they install all that in just a few hours correctly? Yeah, they seem to have indeed done so. They have a lot of colors to choose from. Not just white/black/brown like you see at the average home improvement store. They had a very close match to my house and it's a perfect match.

Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot.
