I am moving into an older property and got some new interior and exterior doorframes installed on both the front and back doors that needed to be painted ASAP. After a few leads going cold, and a lot of unprofessionalism, I stumbled across Project Pro and Robert is extremely professional, warm, and easy to talk to. He charges an hourly rate and gives you a pretty accurate window of when your project should be finished up front. Communication is great, Robert was always quick to answer or call back. He tries to save customers money any way he can, and he and his team take pride in their work and really want to hear and see that satisfaction come out of you before they call it a job well done. Just a very personable, efficient, and great small company that shows a sense of urgency and respects your time and money spent no matter how small or large the project, these guys are going to make sure you are taken care of and not ignored. I highly recommend Project Pro to anyone! Thanks again guys for the great service! Y'all are one of a kind!

His transformation of our damaged front door arch (due to vines) was remarkable. He clearly defined the scope upfront and his team delivered on-time & surpassed my expectation (very high quality work). I also saw some of the lower ratings for Prime House Painting were associated with customers who felt their projects were not considered or turned down. As someone who has worked with contractors many times, I took it as a positive, as Prime House will only take projects they know they can deliver on.

I should have written this a while ago-- we had Next Door paint out the inside of the home we…read morebought. This included walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors and even refinishing the kitchen cabinets. They were so easy to work with-- from the quote to scheduling the work and following up for touch ups. It couldn't have been easier which was surprising given the size of the project. They are bonded and insured and have a supervisor who manages the whole project end to end. The painting of everything turned out really well. The best part though by far was the kitchen cabinets. They were a very light oak color; nice cabinets but a bit outdated in terms of color. The team removed the doors, took them offsite to sand them down and spray them. They turned out perfect-- I get compliments on them all the time. They also refinished a stair banister and fireplace mantel. Both were painted black so these were no small jobs. We had these painted white as well and they turned out beautifully. Their prices were fair, their work was great and the overall project management couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Next Door.

Took me a while to post this review. I found them on Yelp hoping the reviews are legit. Some of…read morethem probably are. And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

You know how you wish you could find the ideal, affordable painter that will do a fabulous job? Then look no further than Martin of J & E Painting! I called three days before Christmas for an estimate with the expectation of having the exterior of the home painted but completed on my next visit to Texas. Christmas was just days away but it so needed to be sooner than later since the property is up for sale. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Martin was extremely professional, punctual and listened to my concerns, issues and went above and beyond to accomadate my time frame. I was trying to get home for Christmas and Martin surprised me and took on the job two days before Christmas. I never expected him to sacrifice his Christmas Holiday with his family to help me get home (to Indiana) but he did. I was so grateful to him! I had picked out the paint color, showed him the color sample and he picked up. First he power washed the exterior then filled all the small nail holes and problem areas. This took literally 8 hours and I was blown away at how thorough he was. I was so impressed with the pride shown in his work. The following day, Christmas Eve, he arrived with another man, to begin the painting. Everything was safely taped off, and he was so kind when I expressed my concern for leaving the deck the old color. He agreed to painting the deck the new color and proceeded to tape this area off for painting. It did impact the negotiated price but it was a fair price for the large area. He completed the job on Christmas Eve, the worksite was spotless when he left and the home had a beautiful new face lift. His work was impeccable!! The painters I had earlier estimates from had no plans of filling nail holes or repairing noticeable issues. Nor did I feel they cared about the quality of their work. This was not the case here. Do yourself the pleasure and save yourself the heartache by working with a true professional and schedule an estimate for your own painting project. I will definitely use J & E when I have another painting project.

We recently purchased a wonderful home in the Woodlands with one major problem: the interior paint…read morewas very colorful and dark. We called a few local outfits for estimates and while Abraham wasn't the lowest bid, he impressed us with his motivation, presentation and knowledge. We also noticed how well received he was in the online reviews. As we had just purchased a home, we needed the paint dry before moving in furniture. Abraham was able to start the job for us within three days of the estimate. While he did not work on the job directly, his crew made it clear this would not be a problem. They were punctual, hard-working, and considerate of our home. They taped off and tarped over all of our exposed floors and other areas with care. The paint was applied exclusively by roller and brush, even in our large vaulted foyer and upper window frames. The en-suite bathroom wallpaper was expertly removed, the entire room spackled, primed and painted to match. All of our blinds and other pre-installed wall fixtures were removed, and then replaced once the painting was finished. The few things we pointed out were addressed and handled without question. We were on the lookout for shortcuts, splatter, missed areas, sloppy work that we were warned of in other company reviews. Instead what we found was a bunch of guys who treated our home like they were going to live there. We felt taken care of, advocated for. I cannot extend a more enthusiastic recommendation for Abraham and Magnificent Painters. Thank you so much! The Moore's - Jared, Debbie, Matthew, Lizzie P.S. Pictures include before and after. We only painted walls, no trim, no doors or no ceilings. Color used was Sherman Williams "Drift of Mist" SW#9166
