Wilder was one of the best at that. He came highly recommended by our color specialist from Sherwin Williams, but we still made a point to get three more bids before selecting Wilder. We noticed immediately that Wilder does a thorough job assessing the work and taking good notes to ensure he understands the project. He offers input on paint type, asks questions and understands paint tolerance. His bid was formal, comprehensive and easy to understand. He painted our entire first floor in only three days, floor to ceiling, trim and walls. He did an excellent job with only a few minor errors that he was back to rectify within 48 hours. He pays particular attention to protecting carpets and furniture. Not a single drop landed where it wasn't supposed to. Even better, on his return inspection he noticed that one of our walls looked less than perfect due to poor work on a drywall replacement from the home's previous owners. He got his team back out here, smoothed out the wall, eliminated a needless CAT-5 wall plate, patched that, put on texture and repainted the entire thing. Then, he came again to put on a second coat when the paint dried only slightly differently then it had on the original wall. Wow! We love our new paint job, but love the fact that we've found a partner for future jobs even more. Wilder and the team at Sharp Edge Painting will be our first and only call for any paint jobs moving forward.

Lupe suggested I get the ceiling tiles on my own and just pay him labor cost. I lucked out and located the ceiling tiles on the cheap brand new at Lowes. I set up for Mr Cerda to come and do the work on a Saturday, and they were fashionably late due to another job that held over. No big deal. They completed the ceiling tile repai in about an hour and a half and cleaned up and were on their way. I highly recommend Guadalupe for your drywall needs!

Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. While it feels like a premium job for obvious reasons, I value quality service and execution, which is what I ultimately got by hiring Floor Coverings International.

Took me a while to post this review. I found them on Yelp hoping the reviews are legit. Some of…read morethem probably are. And as much as I would like to give them a good review, them being our last contractor before we finally moved back in our house (after 20 long months of being displaced after Hurricane Beryl), it has been stressful cleaning up after the mess these guys have done to our home. And to this day, we're still finding paint splatters on floors, appliances, furnitures, doors; unpainted areas; uneven paint; it never ends. If you own a home, and you have things inside your home, don't hire these guys. They don't respect your property. Shoe prints on top of our table cover, it's so bad we had to throw it away. We had just installed wood floors on our stairs and there's a lot of scruff marks a thick dirt that we had to scrub it clean. They painted over nails. Paint was dumped on our toilets and sinks, and on our lawn. A simple search confirms that these are ILLEGAL. They tried to deny it but then later admitted to it when confronted. We brought up a lot of these issues shortly after they "finished" and they did come to try to correct many of it. And for that, I give them credit for. But I'm still finding paint splatters on several items, to this day, as we're working our way towards fully settling back in our home. ADDITIONALLY: before they came, we had our home thoroughly and professionally cleaned twice by another contractor specializing on air quality. And those cleaners have video proof of their work so we have evidence of the condition of our home (cleanliness-wise) before these painters roughed it it. I'm truly disappointed and I don't recommend this company to anyone at all.

Painters are a dime a dozen in the Houston area, but I have come to know that they are all not the same. Perfect Painers has definitely figured out how to separate themselves from the rest of the pack! They understand how to make sure that the customer is pleased, above all, while providing quality painting services. You get what you pay for with these guys and they deliver as promised. Danny was great during the entire process with keeping us abreast of everything and Ivan was very pleasant while leading the team of painters. I highly recommend these guys and when we are ready to do our interior we will definitely be calling on Perfect Painters again. read more

This is my first time leaving a Yelp review, but I felt like I needed to for this company. We just purchased a home and wanted to get the interior painted before moving in. I contacted Danny with Perfect Painters and he provided us with a reasonable quote so we moved forward with them. We are glad that we did! My parents asked me to find someone to paint there little house in Bellaire. We called Perfect Painters and spoke with Denny. He came out the day we called him and gave us an estimate. They told us there full process along with a fair price. There was a lot of sanding that had to be done prior to painting. We were very cautious due to it being and old home as my father watched them almost the whole job. Overall the house looks great and I will use them for some work that needs to be done with my house.
