He became very upset and stated if you don't like the price you can call somebody else. Normally, I would hang up the phone and call somebody else but because I was extremely busy and my wife was out of town I made the appointment The middle aged lady who came out to clean the first tank, was very soft spoken, had a lot of knowledge of fish and water, I had made a comment about how the owner spoke to me, and she had stated that this was not the first complaint and that the owner is extremely arrogant who walks around with a chip on his shoulder". But he writes her checks so she just looks the other way." How very sad to live in a world like that, I thought it was important to share with you people who the owner really is She did a great job, but I will not be calling this company again.

He called his boss and told them my tank was in amazing shape and that all silicone was in great shape as well (I have a recording of that). I also have him saying that he couldn't fix it right then and there bc he's in salary (but thought it was ok to leave my brace hanging in the water). He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

Our tiny Morkie, Mindy, can be a handful, but Rhianna handled her with such calm competence that we knew she was in great hands. A bad attitude is more infectious than covid. I went in smiling- found what i needed, personal looked like she was ticked off at me and i did nothing. People in pet stores should be at least a little happy. I get tired -but not pissed. I did nothing to you-but smile.
