Not sure what was going on, but it could have been a problem with the new fish, as none of my fish got sick. I will likely still get fish there as they have a great selection, but will definitely quarantine them first, and may treat them prophylactically. Which may not be a bad idea wherever you get your fish from.

His shop has a variety of corals, fish, and some inverts along with lots of equipment available as well. I tend to call ahead of time to see if he has specific things I'm looking for and Dennis will usually be pretty good at letting you know if its available. One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. I do wish it were closer so I could just make an easy trip to check things out but it may be good that its further for me as I can't always buy new things.

Great, but was it because I spent allot of money? The last time I went I just needed 2 5gallon jugs of saltwater, I felt like no one wanted to even acknowledge that I walked in with the jugs and then when they got filled no one offered to help me to my car. I struggled and made 2 trips to get them into my car and now that I'm seeing this is not an isolated experience I will not be returning. How lame is it to watch a female struggle to carry something while you just sit and watch lol and you think people will want to come back? Jokes

To what looks like an empty place, the owner actually asked me to leave the place just because i don't buy anything!!! Are you hiding something mister??? If you want business by doing this way, you are doing exact opposite!! The place look dirty, more like a storage room than a decent shop. The aquariums are not very clean either, and who knows how the fish are treated when the owner can't even keep their habitat clean! Maybe skipping their meals? Never come to this place, there are plenty of fish shops around town, nothing special about this. And with owner attitude like that, you are at your own risk of being cheated. They even try to sell the aquariums they use to keep their fish, it is so dirty you usually only see in garage sale *hint hint*!

The large bowl was a bit disappointing because most of them were about the same size as the medium (pictured below is me holding the largest one I found). The shrimp was cooked well too. The service is decent but they did bring togo boxes for us right at closing time, we were very close to finishing by then though. It took a long time for us to be served and place our orders. The menu is unclear and could benefit from a revamp.
