### BEWARE ### I hired this company to service my tank yesterday and when I got home, the top brace was floating in my tank. The service tech said, "that wasn't like that," yet he had just serviced this pristine tank 30 min prior. He called his boss and told them my tank was in amazing shape and that all silicone was in great shape as well (I have a recording of that). I also have him saying that he couldn't fix it right then and there bc he's in salary (but thought it was ok to leave my brace hanging in the water). He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR. read more

Oh my gosh! So helpful and down to earth -lots of different varieties of fish every week. It's definitely worth a little drive. It's in a little non-descript metal building towards the back, but inside are lifetime aquatic hobbyists, prices are reasonable and they will order stuff you want; they have both salt & freshwater creatures. read more

No stars deserved here. I gave this company three separate tries to clean my tank. I had already decided not to use them again, but the third try was after the manager, Anthony, called me asking me for my business. I told him about the difficulties I had experienced getting the first two employees to clean the tank properly. I explained this means a vaccuum of the gravel and wipe down of the tank and content. My tank is visually clean, but the sludge is under the gravel. Instead of just doing these basics, they will waste your time telling you why they can't do it. As an excuse for not vacuuming, they will talk about the need for bacteria in tank health (as if I didn't know) and then he asked me for some bleach to use! Of course not!! For the last strike, the manager came and proceeded to do a water change but rudely refused to vacuum the gravel even when shown that is where the dirt was. He continued lecturing me even when I told him to stop. I finally had to ask him to leave my home as it literally became a yelling match. Again, I ended up having to vacuum the tank myself, replant and get the filters working ( as I had to do after the previous tries with this outfit). This was all discussed before he came out and he assured me I would be a happy customer; but instead, he repeated all the same difficulties I experienced with the first two service calls. He was over-the-top rude and acted like he was there to show me a thing or two and put me in my place. I wonder how long they would refuse to vacuum turtles' gravel and still say they clean the tank? His behavior was upsetting, combative and the appointment was a complete waste of my time and money on the first two tries. When a worker is so rude, lacking in communication skills and uncooperative that they are asked to leave your home, they might expect not to get paid. He was more willing to try to pontificate than vacuum gravel for an included tip. It was a very unsettling experience to be sure. read more

Watch out: This place gave my healthy aquarium bad flatworms (June 2020). It was my first time in. There's a tank near the restroom selling some corals, but it's CLEARLY INFECTED WITH FLATWORMS. I could see them myself! So I definitely avoided that tank. In another room of the store I purchased a bunch of corals. The following day I noticed my aquarium now has flatworms. I haven't had flatworms in years! Now I'm having to buy Salifert Flatworm Exit treatment. Ughh. I'm never going to Infinity Fish again. Just not worth it. read more

I wanted to say this place is a hidden gem near sugar land but then I don't think it's that hidden given the size of the store. I love this place and wish my neighborhood has a place like this. The corals here are absolutely gorgeous and the price is unbeatable. The staff were also super friendly. I ended up getting a hammer and a candy cane coral to take back home to nyc. read more

Visited Infinity Fish for the first time today. We were in there looking around for about 10-15 minute without any acknowledgement or greeting from the staff. On this particular day, they didn't have much live stock in comparison to other places we have visited. The tanks did not look well kept and many of the fishes were scratching so that was a concern for us. The main reason we didn't try them was the lack of customer service. After an hour long drive to check them out, we headed back to our usual guy and gave him the business. read more

Very friendly staff and good selection of fishes. This is my very first review on a business, i wish I could give a 5 star but there is one guy in particular that works there that makes it not be a perfect place to shop at. He is very skinny and has a medium length hair, a manager I believe. First of all, he stinks (even through my mask i can smell him ) he rarely does anything, i see other people working and he's just on his phone ignoring customers even when the shop is a little busy, I think that as a manager he should be helping out customers as well as making sure everyone has been helped. But other than that guy, Infinity Fish is a great store. read more

This place is wonderful great prices and supper healthy fish. I have been many times went today. The guy that worked there was very helpful and friendly.
