We had a problem where some of our fish died (supplied by another store) and we called T & T. They said to just bring some water in and they would analyze it.. FOR FREE. They did just that and told us what was wrong. Our Nitrites were way too high. They said 'we could sell you a bunch of stuff, but what you need is a massive water change'. I appreciated how they were very helpful and didn't try and sell us a bunch of stuff that would have made a negligible difference. I have also found that everything I used to buy at Fish Ranch (off of 59) is just a little cheaper at T & T. As we all know, service is often the difference and here it makes a huge difference!

They check every tank daily to verify the health of their fish. They are also great at diagnosing problems and recommending treatments. How do I know all of this? Because we recently bought some guppies from the Petco nearby, since we had a gift card. After bringing them home, they infected our well established tank and killed all of the fish but one, which we are trying to save. Petco does not have the safety protocols T&T has. T&T has given us recommendations to try to help us save our remaining fish. We will now only buy fish from T&T. This is not our only good experience. We have been buying fish and supplies from T&T for years. They are extremely helpful and truly know what they are talking about.

360 Aquatic has quickly become our favorite fish store around Houston. Not only do they have an…read moreabundant variety of fish, but they also sell aquatic plants, tanks, heaters, lights, water treatment chemicals, water test kits, fish food, and bacteria water for new aquariums! It's a very unassuming store in the middle of a bunch of warehouses. Parking can be tricky since there are "No Parking" signs scattered throughout the lot - you won't have a problem finding a spot, it just might be a little farther down. The store itself is also quite small, which is surprising for how much they sell inside it. Our most recent visit was on Black Friday during one of their sales, and it got really tight inside to the point I almost got claustrophobic. We met Shay on our first visit and she has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She really knows her stuff (understatement) and has made us a plethora of recommendations on various projects, from recovering an aquarium to starting a brand new one. Every time we come back, we ask for her! I definitely recommend 360 Aquatic for any of your fish or aquarium needs. This place is the reason I pivoted from fake plastic plants in my aquarium to now a series of live aquatic plants that have grown! We also recently upgraded fish tanks and bought a 20-gallon all-in-one and a 5-gallon all-in-one tank from here. The staff helped us throughout that process and recommended us on what to buy with it, so by the time we got home, the guesswork was minimal.

This is a smaller LFS that focuses on saltwater/reef tanks. They have quite a few frag tanks with various softies, LPS, and SPS corals that all seem healthy and fairly priced. The staff has always been super patient and helpful when I have questions or when I just want to browse. They've been nice about letting me be particular when choosing specific fish/inverts/corals. They're also very knowledgeable and helpful, especially as I'm still new to this side of the hobby. It seems like Oceanlife is a staple among reef keepers in the area and they've definitely built relationships with folks. People get greeted by first name and seem to be able to special order things as well. All around, it seems like what you look for in a LFS!

He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

Gloria and Dana are my pets groomers and my animals are always happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. They are always so clean and the staff is in constant communication with me. One of my dogs is animal reactive, but they accommodate his needs and we schedule grooming days that will not interfere with other customers. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was really disappointed in what people were saying. The world doesn't revolve around you people. Mistakes and cancellations can happen in business, and in life. Get over yourselves! This place is great and you people should definitely use them for their pets needs.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pet Evolution Richmond with my dogs during their…read moregrooming appointment. When I picked them up, I discovered a cut on one dog's paw that was bleeding, along with a cut on the right side of my other dog's eye. I wasn't informed about these injuries at the time of pickup. While I understand that accidents can occur, I would have appreciated a heads-up. Initially, I thought the blood on the car seat was from menstruation, and I only noticed Malu's injury after we got out of the car. This was the first time we encountered such issues, and it would have been helpful to be notified that both dogs had cuts. I attempted to call for clarification and sent two emails and text messages, but I never received a response. I would appreciate at least a call back as I haven't heard anything at all.

Today 06/08/23 I came to get 30 gallons of FRESH water like I always do. New girl that works there ask me what I was getting and told her FRESH water. She fills all my containers and when I leave I always check water to make sure its fresh water but it was saltwater. When I tell her, she calls the owner and tells him I filled the buckets myself, which obviously was a lie. Then employee hands me the phone and the owner (Joshua) handles the situation horribly and says he is not going to do anything about it and if I didn't like it to get water somewhere else. Horrible customer service and great way to keep customers coming with the answers of the OWNER himself.
