He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

They did just that and told us what was wrong. Our Nitrites were way too high. They said 'we could sell you a bunch of stuff, but what you need is a massive water change'. I appreciated how they were very helpful and didn't try and sell us a bunch of stuff that would have made a negligible difference. I have also found that everything I used to buy at Fish Ranch (off of 59) is just a little cheaper at T & T. As we all know, service is often the difference and here it makes a huge difference!

They check every tank daily to verify the health of their fish. They are also great at diagnosing problems and recommending treatments. How do I know all of this? Because we recently bought some guppies from the Petco nearby, since we had a gift card. After bringing them home, they infected our well established tank and killed all of the fish but one, which we are trying to save. Petco does not have the safety protocols T&T has. T&T has given us recommendations to try to help us save our remaining fish. We will now only buy fish from T&T. This is not our only good experience. We have been buying fish and supplies from T&T for years. They are extremely helpful and truly know what they are talking about.

Twice now I've bought fish, brought them home, followed all instructions, and have had four out of ten die. This is the second time it's happened so the first time I disregarded it as a fluke. I have had aquariums for about 50 years and am not new to the hobby so I understand that fish get sick. They have a lot of inventory and obviously there's going to be some attrition. However, since this is the second time it's happened I decided to post my comments. I've also noticed that it is a very male centric store and clientele. I have seen a few women in there, but it seems that they pay more attention to their male customers than they do their female clients. I say this because I have observed their male clients receive attention quickly whereas females often wait. Parking can be tricky since there are "No Parking" signs scattered throughout the lot - you won't have a problem finding a spot, it just might be a little farther down. The store itself is also quite small, which is surprising for how much they sell inside it. Our most recent visit was on Black Friday during one of their sales, and it got really tight inside to the point I almost got claustrophobic. We met Shay on our first visit and she has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She really knows her stuff (understatement) and has made us a plethora of recommendations on various projects, from recovering an aquarium to starting a brand new one. Every time we come back, we ask for her! I definitely recommend 360 Aquatic for any of your fish or aquarium needs. This place is the reason I pivoted from fake plastic plants in my aquarium to now a series of live aquatic plants that have grown! We also recently upgraded fish tanks and bought a 20-gallon all-in-one and a 5-gallon all-in-one tank from here.
