I tend to call ahead of time to see if he has specific things I'm looking for and Dennis will usually be pretty good at letting you know if its available. One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. I do wish it were closer so I could just make an easy trip to check things out but it may be good that its further for me as I can't always buy new things.

He called his boss and told them my tank was in amazing shape and that all silicone was in great shape as well (I have a recording of that). I also have him saying that he couldn't fix it right then and there bc he's in salary (but thought it was ok to leave my brace hanging in the water). He said he or someone else would be by to fix it in the morning. I received a text from the boss man saying that if I wanted it fixed, they'd charge me a repair fee AND I had to buy the silicone. Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

I show up at 1:20, and they proceed to tell me that they tried to voicemail me (zero voicemails) and let me know they would not have room to put my dogs in crates until 2:00. So I show back up at 2:20 and the girl behind the counter (long black hair/bitter beer face) with attitude tells me I should have been here at 2:00, and now the girl is at lunch. Then she proceeds to tell me oh she probably won't be able to do it when she gets back, how about sunday? I said no thanks and walk away. I stopped behind the corner just to hear what she's going to say to her coworkers and of course she's making it sound like I'm inconveniencing everybody.
