There are some positive aspects to this Pet Smart. Six months ago, I had a really bad experience with a groomer who was extremely rude and disrespectful, but the manager was professional and corrected the error by providing a refund for the grooming. That particular groomer is no longer at this location. I think the management is friendly and helpful, but they definitely need more cashiers.

She was knowledgeable about her gliders and helped me find a suitable mate for my other sugar glider. They have a different diet that they feed their gliders here, than other exotic pet shops. They have a specific formula they feed their gliders, that I haven't seen anywhere else and it seems as though the gliders thrive on it! The pet glider is the BEST place to get your glider and glider accessories. Though they are a bit more pricey than the average exotic pet shop, it's still worth it. You get what you pay for.

Now it appears they aren't even doing that. I called when I got there, and a young lady came out to let me know all of this. She said that we can only pick up online orders and when we pick up our supplies someone may or may not be able to do nail trims--she wasn't sure. She was very sweet, but I was so confused. There was nothing on the website that indicated this. I understand that these are difficult times, but I just wish I knew before I loaded up my gliders and headed that way.
