    such a clean organized store, friendly staff and great plant selection! found painted cacti called "Kosmik Kactus" that reminded me of the Electric Desert art installation that was at DBG years ago and i couldn't pass it up. priced at $7, not too bad.

    After purchasing a dishwasher and hiring Lowe's to deliver and install the dishwasher I've had one of the most problematic experiences I've had after 13 years of homeownership. The installer was quick, but apparently the dishwasher had been leaking for a few months before we noticed that it was not connected properly. After reporting this to Lowe's, they sent the manufacturer out to check the dishwasher wasn't the issue, which took about a week. After that the installer came out and made sure it wasn't leaking anymore which he was able to do in around an hour. The drainage hose had been kinked when the dishwasher was put back in resulting in a leak, and also the water input wasn't sealed correctly apparently. The installer told me he had been back to 4 jobs to fix the same issue from the same guy that had installed mine. Seems pretty cut and dry it was a faulty installation, but still a month and a half later they haven't been able to figure out who is at fault. Today a new Lowe's person contacted me and is saying it was a manufacturer defect now because Teflon tape had to be used to keep the connection water tight. After checking the dishwasher manual it says you would need to have that available to install the dishwasher. This is getting ridiculous and there is a mold hazard in the center of my home this whole time. Don't ever hire Lowe's installation.

    "Curbside pickup" is ridiculous. Won't be going back. This was my second or third time trying it (thinking it would have improved in the last few months). Curbside pickup must translate to 'after calling the line to tell them you are there, wait in your car for 10 mins before getting frustrated then go inside to pick up the order yourself'. I don't know how they wouldn't have this figured out by now. 0/10 would not recommend. Update from 3 months after original review was posted: Just received a direct massage from Angela W educating me on COVID and the impact it had on the workforce 3 months prior. Again, an example of the amazing customer service to be expected from Lowe's.

    I haven't been back there since my last horrible experience and what a surprise, nothing has changed. The employees do not listen to your request or wants. I do not recommend the store to anyone. It has been nothing but problems, and I will be filing a formal complaint against them. Even one day my girlfriend went to go pick up dirt in the pick up area, and they send an old lady out to pick up 50 pound dirt bags. She wasn't able to do it so another good citizen walking down the parking lot had to come assist. The fact that they make an old lady do that work in this heat is very sad.

    We've been to this Lowes quite a few times. It's easy to navigate through the aisles, and we usually find what we need with no problem.

Since…read moreit was a common problem I contacted LG for warranty, to find out that they couldn't fix it becasue there was no serial number sticker in the fridge. I contacted A4L and they gave me the run around and gaslit me, saying just becasue there wasn't a serial number sticker in it, doesn't mean its refurbished. You see, they also forgot to take off the "KM Return" sticker on the side of it. The number on this sticker was the same one they used on my invoice as the "serial number"- but it was a return number. One given to it when refurbished. Nothing on my receipt said it was refurbished, and the sales person even told me if I but THEIR warranty I don't have to wait like people do for the Factory warranty techs. So, they sold me a refurbished unit as new, didn't disclose it, and tried to play me for a fool like I dont know how refurbishment and removal of Serial stickers works. The owner said he would look into where the fridge came from, after I presented all the proof that he sold me a refurbished unit that I cant get fixed through factory warrant which it was still covered under....No response, its been 3 months. They wont answer emails. Just becasue its a little cheaper, means you get what you pay for. The Owner of this place John Li, is a liar, and wont take responsibility for what happened, even if he didn't know it was refurbished, which makes no sense as he should have known. The way they blew me off with all the proof I have that they literally broke the law is disgusting.
