Broad selection of appliances. We bought a washer and dryer. Great prices. Love them both. Washer is top loader and fills with enough water to actually get clothes clean - contrary to current models -- and has good gyration. Clothes are cleaner than they were with past 2 computerized washers. Plus These older appliances are soooo much more durable. Had them for 2 years and not one problem. Salesman at the store was super knowledgeable and able to direct us away from some brands that had more service issues. Delivery was the next day. Highly recommend them! read more

Needed a new fridge for the garage. Didn't want to spend a lot. Made the trip here and in less than a minute I found a nice GE fridge. Bought it and they delivered the next morning! Doesn't get much easier than that. I'll go back here for a gas range whenever we decide to upgrade as they have a nice selection of those as well. read more

This is an amazing family run business. The owners are great people that stand behind their appliances. Tiffany is very knowledgeable. I have been a customer for at least 20 years dealing first with John and now his son Jake and would never buy new appliances from any of the big box stores. If something goes wrong which is bound to happen new or used they are right there to fix it on site. If it can't be fixed on site they will bring you a loaner until yours can get to the shop and repaired. There is always a wide variety to choose from. I'm a KitchenAid fan so, I've been able to get my KitchenAid appliances there for a fraction of the cost of the box stores. It's hard to come by a business where customer service is totally customer oriented anymore. I have sent several people there over the years and all have been very satisfied. read more

Great place- we bought a high end cooktop here at half the price that a new one would cost. Looks like new and works perfectly! They are friendly and helpful, we will definitely buy from them again! read more

BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT buy an appliance from here! After we purchased a refrigerator from here with an "outside" vendor he uses apparently, our "30" day warranty was NOT honored. When I called to get service/attention to this matter, I was told I need to chase this outdoor person and that it was a third party. This person has subsequently turned his phone off. SHADY. Honor your WORD, and if an appliance is purchased at your place of BUSINESS, take CARE of your customer. This is UNACCEPTABLE. read more

The 21 year old Kenmore stove gave up the ghost in our rental just days before the new tenant was to move in. I didn't want to buy a new stove as the other appliances were a few years old too. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and decided to give Van Camps a try. I was able to check out available inventory on their website and found just what I needed. I called and ordered a beautiful gently used GE range with Anthony's help. I called on Friday and the range was delivered Monday. I would recommend Van Camps to anyone needing a replacement appliance! GT read more

We are so happy with our new "old" washer/dryer! We prefer older appliances and a set was all ready to go on the showroom floor upon arrival. Knowledgeable, pleasant salesman. Seamless delivery/removal. Try here first. Rescue an appliance! read more

the owner was so kind. he came the day after I called because of my refrigerator not working properly. he spent 2 hours working on it and then told us it was on its last leg and would probably only last a couple of more weeks. he did NOT charge us because he "was unable to fix it." he was professional and HONEST. Honesty is so rare to come by these days so we appreciate it and will definitely be going back to vankamps to buy our next refrigerator or appliance we need read more

Vancamps is a has great customer service. they went out of there way to do a service call for a washer I purchased. I live 40 miles from their shop and Jake was very personable. I would recommend for all your appliance needs. Thank you for the great customer service. Definately a future customer for all my appliances from now on. The prices are great. read more

I love this place. They accommodate anything we need and always have the best deals. We have bought 16 units worth of Washers, dryers, stoves and refrigerators from Van Camps and all of them have made it through rough tenants and still work great. read more

I was in need of an electric stove. My stove had a broken door and we wanted to replace the door, however, our landscaper accidentally through the door away so we needed to purchase another one. I heard of Van Camps but did not seriously consider purchasing there. I changed my mind and decided to see what appliances were available. Due to the positive reviews I was hopeful. I found a great looking stainless steel electric range online and went into the store to visually look over the item. I loved it and the young lady who helped me was extremely nice, accommodating, and professional. I believe her name was Kendra (who incidentally was the new owner). I purchased the range and it was delivered and installed the next day. The delivery installer was quiet, professional and completed the job quickly. If all goes well I will re-visit Van Camp's for a washer. The place is a little older looking but it is clean and welcoming in the inside. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality used appliance to visit VanCamps. read more

Van Camps sold and delivered a refrigerator in November. The refrigerator completely shut down in December and the technician simply disconnected plugs on circuit board and snapped them back in. Fridge is back in use. Same thing every month almost to the day. Two months in they new this was an ongoing problem. This Company brought out another refrigerator for us with no fuss and no long delay. They stood by their word to try to make the customer satisfied. I am pleased with their business practices. 5 stars here. Thank you Van Camps. read more

Our 15 year old wall oven/microwave stopped working. In looking at new models, a new unit was going to set us back 3-4 thousand dollars. Knowing that wasnt in the budget, we decided to give Van Camp's Appliance a shot. We walked in and we're quickly greeted by the new owners, who were very friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Van Camp's had a large selection of appliances to fit any budget. The unit we purchased was just a few years old but looked completely unused and was a fraction of what it would have been new! We are very pleased and will purchase ALL of our appliances here going forward!!!! read more

We were looking for an older washer, not liking the HE Cabrio we have. Stopped at several places before going to Van Camps. Should of started there. Family owned place with awesome people. Knowledgeable, super helpful, and just down right good folks. Picked out a washer that is in great shape and are nothing but happy with it. If you are in need of house hold appliances and don't want to break the bank, go there. Nuff said read more

I am blown away by the customer service from VanCamps! I f I could give 10 stars I would! When I went to their Central location to look at their refrigerators, I was warmly greeted by the owner's wife who listened to the problems I was having with my non-cooling refrigerator. She gave me ideas of what to try to fix it and even called the "technician" for advice. The "technician" said he could swing by and take a look at it after his other service calls. He arrived not long after and I learned that Jake, the "technician", was the owner!!! He quickly located the problem and replaced the part. If I wasn't sure before, I am now that VanCamps will be the first place I look the next time I need an appliance! Not only do the appliances come with a 30 day warranty but VanCamps will take service calls from customers years later on appliances purchased from them. With their extremely low repair rates, it is a bargain all the way around! I'm so happy to see such stellar business owners in our valley! read more

This place is totally worth checking out. If you are in the market for a high end used appliance and want a great deal go see Julie. Not only was the entire staff courteous and helpful they were fun. Julie took the time to explain each and every feature of the appliance I was buying and even gave tips on how to keep the appliance running at its best. This is a business that you can tell genuinely cares about their customers and fully stand behind the products they sell. I will definitely shop here again. read more

Good place for good deals on used appliances. I was looking for a specific type of small, portable washer/dryer combo (not the usual ones that need to have 220v and special venting) and after looking at several so - so type places around town came here and found exactly what I was looking for. Didn't buy it at first but called and went back to get it later that day; very friendly & no hassles or scams whatsoever. Now my fridge is acting up so I will def check them out first and save myself the time. read more

I bought a used refrigerator here during the summer. Got it for a great price and it continues to look and works like new. They have all kinds of used stoves, refrigerators, and dish washers. A friend got a great deal on a stainless steel Bosh dishwasher here that looked like new for only $200. Everything comes with a 30 day warranty. read more

Excellent place for great deals on appliances! Everyone in the shop is very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their prices are extremely fair and reasonable, especially because you get what you pay for... And just in case, there is still a 30 day warranty! I have purchased several appliances from them so far and all of them have worked great and been problem free. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll keep you in mind when they do! They stand behind their products and make sure that you're satisfied 100%. This is a great business that really cares about their customers. Thanks Van Camps! read more

After having my dryer fixed 3 times (it was free to begin with) over 4 years, I asked my appliance repair man where I should get a "new" dryer, and he sent me here without hesitation. The place was clean and well organized and Cindy, the salesperson, was incredibly friendly. She did not try and sell me things I didn't want/need and was happy to stay within my budget. We've only had the dryer for a week, but so far everything is great. I will be back to replace more appliance issues, soon. read more

This will be my second time purchasing appliances. My first time I purchased a French refrigerator and a glass top range. Got both at an awesome price and they also donated a refrigerator to my church. I moved and gave my fridge and stove to my son. Now I'm buying another French refrigerator, dish washer and glass top stove, all stainless steel. I can't see myself paying enormous prices for the same thing I can get there for 1/3 the price. In today's economy I need to save all I can. read more
