Our associate was Roosevelt and oh boy were we lucky to have met him. He was so helpful with getting the bikes out, letting us test them, was extremely knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humor. Customer Service (5/5): Roosevelt was amazing, we appreciated him helping us with the e-bikes and selecting the right ones for us. They did such a great job helping us load them into the car. Store Layout (5/5): the store is verge well kept and organized. Store membership (3/5): This is the only drawback, you know have to pay-to-play to get the maximum benefits. Even if you spend a lot in store they no longer have the generous Best Buy elites that helped with extended returns and bonus dollars seem harder to earn. I really did not want to deal with a big box store. I promptly came over in person the following day to make sure I could secure it for purchase/delivery. More than happy with the customer service, here. It was a holiday weekend, but they were still open! I noticed the expansive showroom- such a variety of nice appliances! Both new & gently used/refurbished. It wasn't even 10 minutes in & he lead me to the combo I was inquiring about... headed right to checkout! But it doesn't end there... I got an "apology" as he was taking the time to look up the price comparison between big box stores- and literally went out of his way to not match it, but offer it for about 10% less! That absolutely made my day, right before I was told delivery AND install is only $50! Because obviously there's no way I could maneuver this on my own. It was a very easy transaction for a great price, delivery/install scheduled for the next week first stop of the day. ...and dang, that was a quick & flawless install! They arrived a little earlier than I did but were in & out (one man maneuvered this) in less than an hour. He took the time to check the connections & do a test run. All works perfect. It was absolutely flawless & I'm SO happy to have a washer & dryer to utilize after fully moving in tomorrow. The ONE thing I'm a little disappointed with: there is a check in offer on Yelp for a free stainless steel appliance cleaning kit. I did reference it & present the offer... but I did not receive the kit. So, please don't offer things if you aren't going to honor it. Can't complain about free, but just a little disappointing. Otherwise, this is a family owned business since 1945 local to Mesa. They take great pride in their business & you actually feel like family shopping here- because they take great care in making sure you have the right appliance for the right price along with peace of mind in a solid delivery/install.
