Love the clearance plant section. I have found many succulents and shrubs in fine condition, but half off or more! Holiday section is great for Christmas. Our landlord bought our fridge here. It was the perfect fridge and $900 off for Father's Day weekend and they delivered and set up perfectly. This store has great parking and friendly employees. I've been coming to this Lowe's for a long time, and the regular associates are great. But the behavior of one manager -- Damien, the Assistant Store Manager -- is extremely unprofessional and has created an uncomfortable environment in the store. Damien is regularly seen getting overly personal with certain associates in ways that do NOT look like normal manager-employee interactions. It comes across as favoritism and boundary-crossing, and it affects how the whole store operates. Customers notice it. Associates notice it. It's not subtle. On top of that, I have seen Damien in the Lumber department taking pictures or recording associates without any clear work-related reason. It looked inappropriate and made the atmosphere awkward for everyone around. A manager should not be doing things that make employees look uncomfortable or unsure of why they're being filmed or photographed. This store has good, hardworking people -- but leadership matters. And Damien's behavior is far below what anyone should expect from an Assistant Store Manager. Lowe's corporate needs to step in and address what's happening here because it's affecting the professionalism and overall culture of this location. read more

Great store. Employees are friendly. Thus my 2 star. However, they hire the worse installers. They are called Premier Logistics. Premier is extremely hard to deal with. They will not return your messages. Premier texted me an install date without any times. I texted back the times I'm available. Then Premier text me (1 week later) a day prior to the install date and tells me what time they will be arriving. They completely ignored my available times. Premier has no respect for other working individuals. Do not pay Lowe's to install anything. read more

Lowe's Customer service absolutely is terrible and once they sell the product they really don't care after 48 hours is there policy. No use to buy the warranty either a waste of money too. I bought a Samsung Dishwasher at Lowe's in December 2024. We needed to buy our appliances for our new kitchen remodel. The kitchen was not ready for the install but we needed all the measurements for them for the cabinets to be fitted. We just now unfortunately unpacked the dishwasher on Saturday and it has a broken foot/cracked plastic piece on the left front foot, so it will not level out. We bought the Lowe's extended warranty also with it. Went to store Saturday right away showed them we just unpacked it, the Manager their said they would pick up on Monday and exchange for a NEW one. Monday comes and No Show. I go to store and they inform me that the pick up has been canceled and it has to be covered through the warranty. Okay so I call warranty on the phone for forever and they inform me that it is Cosmetic damage and the warranty will not cover it either. Sadly it's a small fix once I'm able to find the right part. The frustration is very upsetting I will not recommend to buy appliances at Lowe's read more

I bought a window a few months ago and wasn't able to install it for many reasons. Dry fitted it into the new wall and tested it. It won't stay up. It's a horizontal window that won't stay open. Seems it's a problem with this model and many people have complained. So although they still sell it and it's still brand new they can't give store credit or exchange or anything. Disappointing. The cashier is very helpful to direct us while isle the bone mill is located at. Check out was quickly and easy. To our surprise, they even sells ladybugs. This is always a great place to find all the little things needed to conduct preventative maintenance on the home. We've done countless projects well thanks to the knowledge and support of the "blue aprons" (actually burgundy vests with blue piping) aka associates. I went to this Home Depot to purchase two cordless drills at the tool department. I scanned the little app to get the person to come unlock the cages so I can take the drills. I sat there for about 15 minutes. There was a Home Depot employee talking to another customer probably for about the whole 15 minutes. I finally went over and asked if she could unlock the gate. She looked at me she said I'll be right with you so I went back and waited. They stopped talking about five minutes later and she sat there and started to proceed to put stuff away in the cart, not helping me in all as a customer. She finally looked up and started walking towards me and proceeded to put stuff back in the aisles so just completely ignored me. This is the worst customer service. This Home Depot is notoriously bad I'm sure the managers or anybody in the Home Depot franchise will not contact me about this because this is ridiculous. Good Friday and rushed over to Lowe's 20 minutes before they closed... because the hot water valve went out in the shower. Thank goodness that i ran into sales representative Francesca who was already overwhelmed with customers seeking help. Talk about being professional, Francesca called for help on the phone and then escorted four customers to the plumbing aisle and managed to quickly assist the people ahead of me. Francesca found the washers that i needed for the end of the valve. Then George who was running back and forth came and pointed out the valve that i needed and said here you go and ran to assist another customer. I will never go to Home Depot again!! I did not catch the name of the worker in the Kitchen area but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! He was readily available to answer our questions and even walked us to where we needed. Didn't just point in a direction - he actually took us to it. He saw a giant pallet in front of where we were looking and moved it out of our way! Wow! Five star customer service. Tons of parking here and there is even a nice little coffee shop next door if you're out there early! Embarrassing and inconvenient... I went through the self-checkout lane to pay for my items, for convenience purposes. After scanning and paying for all items, I was very aggressively accused by an employee of not scanning all 9 irrigation sprinkler heads that were in my cart. I spent additional time at the register reviewing each item on the receipt with the employee, only to confirm that I had in fact scanned and paid for all 9 irrigation sprinkler heads. I was accused of shoplifting multiple times during this "audit", because several of the sprinklers looked similar but were priced differently on the receipt... something I would assume Lowe's employees may have experienced before... The experience was embarrassing because other customers witnessed me being "audited" for shoplifting - despite being an honest, paying customer. It was incredibly inconvenient because I was required to spend additional time and energy proving to Lowe's staff that I paid for all items I came for, before being able to leave their store. I'm a licensed architect who owns a small design-build firm, and I typically shop at Home Depot for construction materials and maintenance supplies. Today I went to a Lowe's store for my needs and will NOT be returning after this experience, based solely on how I was treated by staff. Thank you for the terrible customer service, Lowe's.
