We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Anthony helped me pick the right one for my house and after some haggling, he adjusted the pricing a bit so I could support local small businesses. The delivery, install, carry away and all the associated services were outstanding. Great place to buy. Next on my list from this spot is a 36 inch gas range to be installed in January. Highly recommended. Side note: The Bosch is worth the extra money. The one we picked has a decibel rating of 42. That is super quiet and just a tick above their quietest unit that is rated at ~36dbl. So far, we absolutely love this unit. I laughed at the app pairing, but I did it anyway and it's pretty cool. Tells you the water used, the kw used and other metrics. Pretty neat and it lets you set the time to start a load so we've been doing 2am start, so we wake to clean dry dishes. Leo the installer is top notch. Great super nice guy.

The first crew broke my shower pan in the initial treatment, however, I was ok with that part because the crew was professional and polite. BUT dealing with the restoration/construction department has been beyond ridiculous and highly unprofessional - I was treated so rudely by Blake, who came to assess the project and give me a bid. When I spoke to Blake on the phone about his bid today and suggested some changes I would like he got very condescending and impatient. He was very eager to leave for Vegas today and obviously did not want to change the items on my bid. He made it clear I was not very important to him and I was an irritant. He actually scoffed at my ideas for my own house. He told me how ignorant I was, they wouldn't do what I wanted and I should go find someone else (and I did find someone else, I found 3 other bigger companies today actually, that said my ideas were very do-able and that Blake was wrong.) When I hung up with Blake, I called Christina (the head honcho) twice, I left 2 voice mails and she never called me back. All I can say is, RUN don't walk AWAY from this company's restoration/construction department.... I have built several homes in my life and flipped them and think Blake was just mad that I didn't want to be taken advantage of but why didn't Christina call me back? Seems they don't care.
