We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

Once you pay with them, your money is gone forever. They had two identical gas stoves with a model number that did not match up with the actual unit itself. It said it was a $3800 oven with wifi, dual fuel, etc. for $1600 and all these specs that didn't come close to describing it. Online was describing one thing but the unit itself was another. Yes it's my fault for even going ahead with the purchase and I couldn't even tell why I didn't shut down the deal. Sheer desperation? I really needed a stove right in that moment I guess. Let me repeat. Do your research and say something. If I could ever feel so bad about a purchase, it's this stove. Paid over $1600 for a convection oven, no wifi, no bells a whistles. Just a plain old gas stove made in 2019. Plus, it did not come with the griddle so there's another $80 and the small simmer burner cap is for a different stove so it doesn't light most of the time so there's another $20 if I can find the right one. Look up what $1600 gets you in the gas oven world. Bitchin' ovens with air fryer and some with sous vide. As someone who enjoys cooking, yea this hurts and in a bad economy every dollar counts. Oh well. But don't trust this company to be totally accurate. Stuff happens. Would I buy from them again? 100% I would! The service was fabulous! No complaints about it.
