Carlos did it again here at 11: 20a and done by 11: 55a troubleshooting my refrigerator and replace the compressor relay all in 35 minutes. The appointment time was between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Thanks Don and Carlos

Don did a great job in fixing our dryer saved us money instead of buying a new one this is the second service we have done with them and happy just like last time. Fair prices and when you say 2:00pm - 5:00pm they get there closer to 2:00pm you guys will not disappointed. He will have the parts ready to install in his truck and ready to go

I had an excellent experience both times. I found Ricky to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. No upsells, no trickery, no BS...he just gets appliances working! When I bought the second hand (but very expensive built-in) refrigerator, it wasn't working as expected. Ricky helped me check each component individually and had me monitor everything over 1-2 weeks. Through the process, he was always available through phone or text and he was super helpful in narrowing down the issue. Now, my second hand refrigerator works like a champ and I have a great understanding of how my refrigerator works. I saved an incredible amount of money (easily $3k+) with Ricky's help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ricky to anyone who needs some help with their appliances.

Late post update: our GE drawer Microwave went kaputt after so many years of service. Thought of…read morebuying a new one but when we found its going to be expensive we decided to call for a repairman. Called in 3 prospected licensed GE repairman but was no luck until one of them recommended Rick Duarte. Texted him and he replied back, we scheduled ( waited a few days due to his availability). He came and fixed the problem within a few hours with no delay. We're very happy that we don't have to spend so much money for purchasing a new one. If you're looking for a GE appliance repairman we highly recommended Rick Duartes work. He's very knowledgeable and definitely we will use him again in the future!

This company was contracted through GE for a warranty appliance repair, and from start to finish the process was extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. First, after the initial service visit to diagnose the appliance, no information was entered into their system for over a week. This alone caused unnecessary delays in moving the repair process forward. We were then told that the replacement part had been ordered and were given an estimated delivery date -- however, when the part was delayed/back-ordered, no one proactively communicated that update to us. The most concerning issue is their complete lack of communication. Calls routinely go unanswered. On multiple occasions, the phone was either never picked up, immediately hung up, or routed to voicemail with no return call. Messages left were never acknowledged. Scheduling is equally unreliable. When service appointments are set with a stated arrival window, there is no follow-up, no courtesy call, and no real accountability. Technicians either arrive 1-2 hours late or do not show up at all. It's disappointing that a major manufacturer like GE would outsource warranty service to a company operating at this level of disorganization and unresponsiveness. Warranty repairs are already inconvenient for customers -- the service experience should make things easier, not more difficult. I strongly caution others against using this business if you have any alternative options. Save yourself the time, frustration, and lack of follow-through that we experienced. I hope GE re-evaluates this partnership, because the service provided here reflects poorly on their brand.

ASR: Actively Shirking Responsibility ​We were unfortunately…read morereferred to ASR through our home warranty for a refrigerator repair. A technician showed up on a Friday, just hours before a long holiday weekend, and promised to submit a work order to our insurance company. ​He never bothered to submit the work order. After we made multiple infuriating phone calls to follow up, we discovered they were screening our calls. They would pick up on the first ring when we called from a different phone, but ignore our number. It became clear that ASR had no intention of doing their job, leaving us to do their work for them and submit the order ourselves. ​Because of this stunning lack of professionalism and follow-through, we were left without a functioning refrigerator for two full, miserable weeks. This company is lazy and completely unreliable. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
