    Peter sold me a Viking stove and the stove they sold me was installed incorrectly and caused a gas…read moreleak in my home. It smelled like gas for hours and the fire department had to come out. That is not a small issue, that is a serious safety hazard. The stove ultimately had to be completely replaced, which they did replace. After that, I was strung along for over a month with promises that never happened. He said he would help add a metal piece so the stove would sit flush with my kitchen and also kept saying he would help with a dishwasher purchase. Eventually when I asked him to just be honest about whether he was actually going to follow through and again.... Strung me along and would ghost me for days. I did write a negative review explaining my experience. After my negative review, he reached out saying he wanted to make things right. I gave him another chance, but the same thing happened again. More delays, more rescheduling, and no follow through. At this point I already paid full price for another Viking dishwasher and purchased a metal piece from someone else. No one paying that kind of money should have to deal with unsafe installation, months of delays, and being strung along with no updates and more excuses. I genuinely regret trying to go the "discount appliance" route. You definitely should pay full price somewhere reputable than to deal with this kind of company

I especially appreciated their same day delivery on both occasions when I was replacing my older fridges that stopped working suddenly. Today I had another old fridge take a dive, but suspected/hoped it might be saved. I called to verify that they did repairs on units not purchased through their store, and spoke with Nancy. She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Rudy showed up about 40 minutes later, and was able to very quickly diagnose a faulty fan that he was able to fix just as fast. He was polite and efficient, and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. A refreshing professional. I will continue to make SoCal my first choice for any appliance needs for sure.

Rudy and Paolo delivered our new appliances the next day, today, and were thorough and attentive when installing them. We were informed our gas valve needed to be replaced along with a longer gas hose. With our permission at an additional low cost, Rudy was able to restore said items quickly and asked if we had any questions or concerns after installation was complete. Brandon and Lam were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. They even stayed past closing to make sure every question was answered and every detail was perfect. Out of all the stores we visited, this location had the most impressive selection of luxury appliances at unbeatable prices. Happy to see he is open to communicating. Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. My adventure with this company started May 23rd, 2024 and continues to this day. I am a single dad with four kids at home, so typically would not spend the time to write a detailed review. This deserves an exception. I bought a Thermador refrigerator and freezer from Hovhannes Sayadyan (also goes by Sean). The freezer was missing all four door bins. Hovhannes promised he would order the bins and get them to me as soon as possible. That never happened. Over the course of the last 18 months, Hovhannes and Lem had one excuse after another. Below are a few examples: Excuse 1: "The freezer door bins are not currently in stock with Thermador." [I called Thermador... yes, they were in stock... yes, they were available to ship the next day]. (July 2024) Excuse 2: "I submitted the order in May. They lost the order, so I'll reorder now." (Aug 2024) Excuse 3: "My parts guy will be back on Monday, he is the one that ordered the shelves. I'll get back with you Monday with an update". (Aug 2024) Excuse 4: "The four freezer bins are on back order... not currently available from Thermador". (Aug 2024) [I called Thermador again... yes, parts were in stock and ready to ship]. (Aug 2024) Excuse 5: "We ordered the four freezer bins the end of May, then order got cancelled (due to payment issue), then we reordered them on July 25" (Aug 2024) Excuse 6: "I have two of the four door bins and can send them on Monday. I'll talk with the owner and will let you know about other two". [Freezer door bins never arrived. Never heard back about the other two either]. (Sept 2024) Excuse 7: "No update on the four door bins" After multiple text message requests for updates. "I'm out of the country currently and will let the store know" (Oct and Nov 2024). All text messages and voicemails ignored after this point. After no contact or updates from Appliance TV Outlet, I called the store and talked with Lem. Seems like a nice guy and really wants to get the issue resolved. I forwarded Lem all the previous communication with Hovhannes. Lem was very kind and apologetic. He said he would "get on top of it on Monday, and would do his best in order to resolve this as soon as possible". (July 2025) Additionally, drove to the Appliance TV Outlet store twice to see if the issue could be resolved in person. It's 1.5 hours each way to get to Glendora from my house. They were very nice in person, and seemed eager to get the issue resolved... yet absolutely no follow-up after I left. Excuse 8: "Thanks for waiting, I think I got the freezer door bins but wanna make sure they are correct, can I ask you to measure the width of your freezer door from inside on which those trays go on?" [Sent measurements to Lem immediately]. (Aug 2025) Excuse 9: "Sorry was out of the store. I asked the distribution center to ship the bins that we got here for you to check and see. You mind if I double check with them tomorrow?" (Sept 2025) Excuse 10: "Apologize for the late reply, the freezer door bins provided were also the wrong size, so I got the right ones myself and reordered them. This time looked into everything personally and made sure it works. Will receive details on arrival date today". (Sept 2025) Excuse 11: After three weeks of calling and texting Lem, his response... "Hi, so sorry for coming back this late. We have sent the bins back and are waiting. I think two bins are arriving tomorrow, so I will ship those right away". (Oct 2025) I asked if the bins came in... Lem said yes, then asked for my address. I immediately texted my address, and Lem said "Thank you. I will let you know as soon as we ship it." (Oct 2025) Door bins never arrived. Lem has been completely unresponsive. Have been calling Lem and sending text messages since his last communication a month ago. It's now November 13, 2025. Nearly 18 months since I bought the freezer. Simply asking for the four missing freezer door bins Hovhannes promised when I bought the freezer. An absolute waste of time and energy. Here's where you can avoid all this nonsense. Learn from my mistake. Absolutely do not buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. For whatever you might save up front, it will not be worth the endless headaches if any follow-up issues arise.

My wife and I contacted them for a fridge repair. They sent us a technician named Erick B, and we are going to be their customer for all the appliance issues. Erick is very polite and on time, and if there's a delay and is going to be late, he will let you know on timely manner. He explained everything as he worked on the fridge, and although the repair ended up not being possible as we were going to need a new fridge, he really did everything he could to save the fridge and us a lot of money. On top of all that, what sold me to recommend this company and decided to call them for all of our appliance needs is their customer support and aftercare service. When the first diagnosis and fix didn't repair the problem, Erick came out to do a second diagnosis and when we concluded that it's a compressor failure, he helped us research for a quality fridge to replace our old one. Now, I don't have experience with any other technicians from this company, but if they are as good as Erick, you are in good hands.
