What really stood out to me was that he also noticed an issue with the ice maker and took the time to fix it, even though I hadn't originally expected or asked him to take care of it. He really went the extra mile, and I appreciated the effort and attention to detail. The refrigerator has been working great ever since. With a previous repair done by another technician, the fix only lasted a few months to maybe a year before the problem came back. When Roman arrived, he took just a few minutes to find the problem with my dryer and provide me a quote for repair. I really appreciated that he described in detail the issue/problem with my dryer. Essentially wear & tear and HAIR over the years impacting the rollers, but overall he said my aging dryer was still a good work horse. I felt comfortable agreeing with the quote.
