We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

The first crew broke my shower pan in the initial treatment, however, I was ok with that part because the crew was professional and polite. BUT dealing with the restoration/construction department has been beyond ridiculous and highly unprofessional - I was treated so rudely by Blake, who came to assess the project and give me a bid. When I spoke to Blake on the phone about his bid today and suggested some changes I would like he got very condescending and impatient. He was very eager to leave for Vegas today and obviously did not want to change the items on my bid. He made it clear I was not very important to him and I was an irritant. He actually scoffed at my ideas for my own house. He told me how ignorant I was, they wouldn't do what I wanted and I should go find someone else (and I did find someone else, I found 3 other bigger companies today actually, that said my ideas were very do-able and that Blake was wrong.) When I hung up with Blake, I called Christina (the head honcho) twice, I left 2 voice mails and she never called me back. All I can say is, RUN don't walk AWAY from this company's restoration/construction department.... I have built several homes in my life and flipped them and think Blake was just mad that I didn't want to be taken advantage of but why didn't Christina call me back? Seems they don't care.

Totally not cool!!!) Not to mention, I got a whiff of a burnt smell. Great, motor is blown, I thought. After a small bout of panic, I started to look through yelp for appliance repair in or near Azusa. I called 2 appliance repair places before I called Robert and both said they didn't work on trash compactors. I spoke to Robert and he was nice enough to come out the SAME DAY!! Amazing! He said it would be a $45 fee for him to go out there, great no problem. Surely, better than any fee Sears Home Repair would have offe He got to my place and took apart the trash compactor, allowing him to raise the compactor part itself! He confirmed the motor had burnt out, but I told him that I did not want to use the compactor function again. Now the unit works again! We can open and close it normally, all for only the initial $45 fee! No way!! (Wayyyyyyyyyyyyy!!) Super happy! I will keep his number handy for other appliance repair needs in the future.

Later that day I found that the refrigerator leaked when using the water dispenser. Yan came out the following business day. at approximately 6:45 p.m. and found the problem and replaced the defective part. Coming that late is true dedication! My refrigerator is as good as new (and it is over 20 years old). Yan was so pleasant to work with, is an excellent technician, and would NOT even accept a tip! Recently, my dryer stopped omitting heat. Technician Vladimir was dispatched to diagnosed the problem. Vladimir disassembled my dryer and showed me why it wasn't working. I needed to order a new part and explained the cost etc...He told me there was a lot of life left with my dryer and was confident a new part would fix the issue. True to his word, within a couple of days, Vladimir came back out and installed the new part and my dryer is working great. Ultimately saving me from having to purchase a new dryer Vladimir was polite, friendly, very professional and extremely thorough. Outstanding job Vladimir!
