Floor & Decor is a great place to shop for flooring, bathroom, and fireplace materials. This place is fairly large with huge selections of flooring tiles, porcelain and ceramic tiles, and other building materials. Tanya J was our designer and she's amazing! Hubby and I were overwhelmed that we had to buy so many materials for our bathroom and fireplace renovation and we didn't know where to start. We told her that we had to get shower wall tiles, shower floor tiles, dry floor tiles, trim, grout, etc. She then asked us what color and style we liked and then she gave us many options and good suggestions. They also offer different price ranges so you can decide on your budget. We finally got a lot of materials there and we were satisfied with the materials that we picked. Our contractor helped us pick up all the materials and I believe that he didn't have any problems picking them up. We are now so familiar with the place at F&D and would recommend it for anyone to come here for their home renovation projects.

I was recommended to this location by one of the general contractors who bid my bathroom remodel. This store is one of the newer locations, has many full size displays and the parking was never any issue. The lighting is brighter than several other Floor and Decors that I visited and the selection of products is massive. I made an appointment with the designer Kaitlyn M, who was very helpful in assisting in the color selection of flooring, subway tile and marble products for our master bathroom. After a few visits I purchased all the material needed for my project. They allow a grace period of three weeks to pickup material which my GC will called packed and protected on a pallet. I did end up exchanging my original selected tile for thicker porcelain tile and returned excess marble and subway tile. This is allowable up to ninety days from purchase date. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the quality, service and selection at Floor & Decor and would recommend them if your considering a bathroom or Kitchen remodel.

Anna H. in the design center is amazing! The first time we went into F&D, I was overwhelmed. I made an appointment to meet with someone on their design team because I knew I was in over my head. There is a wonderful selection of tile but if you are not sure what you are looking for then your best bet is to meet with a designer. So far, Anna has helped us with two of our bathroom remodels. Our primary bathroom was very involved and she guided us to great tile options that were both in our budget and match the look we were going for. We were very pleased with the results. So we went back to F&D and she helped us with our 2nd bathroom. This time we brought our school age daughter who wanted to help pick out the tile for her bathroom. Anna was so patient and helped guide her and us to the right tile, down to the tile in the shampoo box to the metal trim color. Anna also gave us suggestions on the color of the vanity to choose to match. I am so grateful that F&D offers this service and that Anna was our designer. We are so pleased with our remodeled bathrooms and I really owe it to Anna who has great taste and helped us find something that suited our style. She goes the extra mile and answered all our questions. The cashiers are also friendly and helpful too. We bought extra tile and they had no problem returning the unused tiles. Definitely recommend F&D in West Covina.

Folks, there's service, then there's Assistant Manager FIVE STAR PHIL'S PHENOMENAL SERVICE. Lemme break it down. We started at San Gabriel Store & were short 196 tiles. Computer stock in West Covina said they had 210. We arrived & found the stock. Sadly only 29 tiles on the floor. *insert super hero intro theme music* Phil comes up & checks on us. We explain our scenario & he says they just got trucks in. Our product might be buried but he will go check. A few minutes later, He comes back with great news! He can see our tiles on a pallet! He takes our cart...and shortly returns triumphantly with a full cart of the tiles! BOOM!! Phil for the win! Thanks a million, one hundred, and 96 times!!

    Grand opening today!

I purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture in March 2025 for over $4,000, expecting basic quality and honesty. My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap. You are physically funneled into a controlled area, and in order to leave, you have to wait until a loss prevention employee notices you and opens the barrier. As shown in the photo, the employee wasn't even paying attention, and I had to actively get her attention just to be allowed to exit the store. That is not normal, and it is not okay. Walking in already felt wrong. I genuinely thought the store was closed because someone had to open the barrier for me to enter. That alone set off alarms. Walking out was worse. Standing there, blocked by a rope, waiting to be acknowledged so I could leave a public retail store felt degrading and uncomfortable. No customer should feel trapped, monitored, or controlled just to exit a store. Whether or not receipts are checked is irrelevant. The issue is the loss of basic autonomy. I should be able to come in and out freely, period. I am not blaming the employees personally. This is clearly a policy and leadership issue. But policies reflect the values of a business, and this setup says a lot. It communicates distrust, hostility, and a complete lack of respect for customers. I've shopped at Burlington for years and never experienced anything like this at older locations. This feels like a sharp decline in standards and customer dignity. This is not how a respectable business operates. The environment feels tense, unwelcoming, and frankly embarrassing for a retail brand. Being forced to wait for permission to leave made me feel lumped into a category I don't belong in, and I will not accept that treatment as a customer. This setup alone tells me everything I need to know about the direction of this store. People deserve to be warned. If you are okay with being herded into a barrier, waiting to be noticed, and feeling confined just to leave a store, then maybe this place won't bother you. For me, this experience was enough to make sure I don't come back. It's unacceptable, and it should seriously concern anyone who values being treated with basic respect. It's very unfortunate because like I said this Burlington in the old store was a staple growing up because of the selection and value. You can always find good deals.

There is even a page that posts about all the closed malls. It's on FB if you want to look for it. It's sad really, if you think about it. Where will you go if you just want to get out of the house for a couple hours and maybe get a snack or meet a friend after work ? Bars are not the only places to hang out. Although, those are quietly disappearing too. If you'd like to keep this mall, social space, and have a place to hang out like we did before 2020 told you to stay home and pushed online, ama zon shopping on you. It was planned. Go see how much ama zon is worth now. I digress. The mall is a community center for gathering. Of course there are parks, but what about when it rains or it's too hot outside ? But I can at least guarantee that the mall is always lively and there's plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants around and across the street too. What I like best about this mall is their effort to foster community here, such as the Dia de los Muertos display or when I happened to walk pass a Bluey Xmas dance party and you can take pictures with Santa AND Bluey. Super cute. One time years and years ago, they had a scavenger hunt for Christmas where you search around the mall to take photos with your phone for an ornament. I really liked that I did that and got to spend time with my family. I've seen so many shops come and go here and pieces of my childhood through adolescence such as the Disney Store (I remember spending time here looking through that giant plushie pile), the merry go round, Surf City Squeeze (always thought their mascot looked cool, now replaced with a Pop Mart vending machine), Nothing But Silver (went here lots with my mom and aunts), Sanrio Surprise, Amapola Deli and Market (crazy they tried to open a market in here), the hermit crab vendor, McDonald's that my mom would always get my brother and I and the vendors that would try to sell stickers at our table, the dollar store on the upper floor above Baskin Robbins, the used bookstore and so much more. Huge chunk of nostalgic memories for me, but today it's decent mall with most things that you would need. Some shops I go to often to get gifts or pick up something for myself, See's (thanks for closing PH location), Hot Topic, Bath and Body Works, Miniso, etc. At least the Tilt arcade here is still open. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if you're already here, might as well enjoy malls before more of them perish.
