Louis missed 2 estimate appointments in a row. That's 4 hours of my time and 2 days of rearranged schedules to accommodate the estimate windows, with no estimate to show for it. When he didn't show up, I texted him and he called to say that his daughter made the error - she said it for a later time in the day. We rescheduled for today, 2 days later, 10-12. He was a no-show. Louis picked up the phone right away, gave me a rough estimate, and was over to do a full estimate the same day (ended up being much less than he quoted on the phone!).
