Pro M was amazing! We originally called them to prune our redwood tree, which hasn't been pruned probably ever (40-50 years ekkk). There was so much dead growth on it so it wasn't safe ahead of winter time, besides just being a mess. They also wound up doing 3-4 smaller trees, as well as a super tall palm tree with a ton of dead fronds on it. Rene was so wonderful! Super responsive, really professional, and just friendly. The quote was super reasonable, like other reviews have said, the team was really punctual, and they leafblew afterward so well that the yard was cleaner than they found it. I got numerous quotes to remove 5 liquid amber trees, with stump grinding, and trim a 40 foot tall tree in my front yard. Pro M was not the cheapest but their quote was reasonable and Diego was very personable when he came out. They showed up on time with enough people to get the job done. After months of quotes I decided on Pro M as they came out to give a quote and kept in touch and answered all questions promptly by text. The job was a very large but healthy sycamore tree with lots of overhang and some dead wood. They didn't trim the crown on their advice as well as other tree inspections to prevent introducing disease. They sent copies of their insurance and license on request. Scheduled and confirmed the day prior to the appointment and arrived exactly on time. The crew worked efficiently and carefully and left the property spotless. The guys were polite and respectful. I was ok with their work however the clean up was a mess. Lots of debris left scattered around especially in my pond area. I called several times asking them to come back and clean it because I am disabled. I was promised they would respond on Saturday last, however they were no show . Granted, The work was difficult and the hazard acute. Chavez removed 2 stressed out, 50 foot high ponderosa pine trees located in a tough spot on an severely up sloping site. After cutting the sections of trees, they rolled the large pieces of tree down the hill and into my gardens without providing any protection and damaging most of it. They also caused much soil to be scraped off the hill burying the garden twice and failed to remove the soil. Then they left the soil they said they would remove on my side yard. Then 10 days goes by and after numerous phone calls they only took about 1/8 of the soil from the log scraping leaving the rest for me to deal with. A two day job ended up taking 4 days and left me with a badly damaged garden and a ton of soil piled up against my house but they removed the hazard. read more
