The biggest issue was with my children's meals. I had three children with me, ages 9, 10, and 11, and they all ordered the kids' soft taco meals. Instead, the waitress entered their orders as adult meals without explaining the difference. Two of them asked for three tacos and one asked for two, assuming they were ordering from the kids' menu like they always do. As a result, I was charged for adult combo meals plus additional tacos for all three children. Overall, the poor service, incorrect order, lack of attention, and billing issues made for a very frustrating experience.
