Brunch all you can eat pricing is great for the amount of food you can order. The only foods that I truly enjoyed were the biscuits, cinnamon rolls, and the breakfast tacos. It is walkable from our neighborhood, which we are so lucky to have. The staff is friendly, the patio is a nice place to chill, having a short list of beers on tap is great, and the food is *amazing*. I can personally recommend their breakfast burrito, the tots, the roast beast, the turkey BLT, and the smash burger. They do "simple" food just very well. It's definitely not a "fast dash" type of place - there's typically a small line and you'll wait and sip your coffee/beer while they make your order fresh - so don't expect Wendy's speed but it's also incredibly delicious in a way no fast food place could dream of. Dark woods, colored lights stickers, TV playing, music going and the vats for brewing. Walked up and took a seat at the empty bar, arriving minutes after they opened on a Monday. Looked at the tap menu, as well as can for sale. My sister ordered a lemon lime cider and I decided on a Polvo Pils. After that trip to Prague, I will always search out a good pilsner. Ocelot had a wonderful pilsner, served properly. I followed this up with Little Black Book. Can you ever go wrong with a nitro tap beer? The answer is no. So, after two rounds, I was impressed with the beer, definitely better than what I had tasted the previous days. The beertender was attentive, the decor was somewhat eclectic, lots of colored lights strung from the ceiling. Barrels against the wall, as the main beer hall opened up to the production side of the establishment. The pinball room was awesome, wall to wall pinball machines, light flashing, looked like it would really be a happening place at quitting time. All in all it was the best beer experience I had while visiting. Would recommend a stop if you don't want to battle traffic out of IAD at the wrong time of day.

We attempted to go to the stout fest the first day and were unable to find parking and saw lines out the door at 1pm. So, we went for the second day when they opened and had no problems at all finding parking. The space is large with high ceilings and lots of tables, which they supplement with outdoor tables during good weather. There are a number of pinball machines (which only take quarters) along the wall to the right of the entrance. They were very well organized for the Stout Festival and servers were helpful with answering questions about the large number of (around 20, didn't actually count) stouts on offer. You can select a flight of 4 brews to try or go straight for a pint. Eugene's sausages are also sold here and they are outstanding. We opted for sample flights of the stouts since it was the Stout Fest, but they offer a wide variety of brew styles. All of the stouts were excellent and varied from a dry style to much sweeter. My personal favorite was the Black Forest which featured distinct notes of cherry and chocolate, as the name suggests. If you love beer you might just find your new favorite here. Highly recommend.

Parking easy. Roomy restaurant & clean. The lunch specials during the work week are worth it if you're watching your budget. Keep in mind portions are pretty tiny, though. These prices reflect costs of dinnertime entrees a few years ago if that's helpful and regular priced entrees now run $18 and higher. So, it's certainly not cheap to eat here if you're not able to benefit from specials. For a chain, though, I was quite surprised by how everything down to the rice & beans had good flavor. Most of the time the rice & beans just hang out on the plate & most people won't eat them. But here, I wanted to eat all of both...mind you....portions are small with specials, so if you don't want to leave hungry, you'll want to eat all of it. It's a good place for groups. Seems like people enjoy the booze. It wasn't very crowded for a weekend lunch. Not sure whether that's because people are saving & eating out less, or whether it was just because it was a late lunch for us. Nonetheless, it was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. The mac & cheese looked like instant outa the box stuff rather than a fresh made in-house recipe. Disappointing (and I understand this is for kids, but don't kids deserve freshly made, quality food at a restaurant, too???) Worth the drive? Maybe no more than 10 miles. The food was good & if you have a hankering for this kind of cuisine, it's not a bad choice. Are there more memorable restaurants out there? Certainly, but if you're hungry & in the area, it's worth stopping in. Don't expect artful presentation. I think it's pretty good for groups, too. Booths are tight for 4 adults, though.
