You place your order cafeteria style and pay at the end of the line. Sit where you want and clean up after yourself. We both had a combo. They were out of the pork tenderloin so my husband had the turkey and lean brisket, creamed corn and cheesy green beans. I had the brisket and jalapeno sausage with mac n cheese and potato salad. I have to say the selection of sides looked really good. Once we really got a chance to sink our teeth into everything, we both agreed as some of the other reviewers, that the brisket left a lot to be desired. Yes, it was lean but it was seriously lacking flavor. Everything else, was good. The people were friendly. They even had music provided by Lonnie. He sang and played guitar. Mostly country and 50s, but he said he would take requests and give it his best shot. We had a really enjoyable, relaxing time. Surprisingly they close at 8:00pm.
