Seafood special pasta

Everything here was 10/10. We went on Mother's Day with a party of 13 and they were able to accommodate us with a reasonable wait time! Our server was so funny & kind. The food was so delicious, we left no crumbs! The amazing view, live music and sunset time was so perfect.

We were staying at the resort and had a credit for this restaurant so we gave them a try... The service was slow and our waiter really didn't check that much on us and the food was very disappointing! I highly doubt we would visit this place again but if we did, we would get something totally different to eat! But other than that, the location was beautiful and perfect while staying at the resort.

The amazing sunset. It was free!

Longboards at the Marriott in Oahu absolutely delivered an outstanding dining experience. The poke bowl was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the tempura fish & chips were some of the best I've had--perfectly prepared with a generous portion size that truly impressed. Service was spot on from start to finish: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Add in the beautiful beachside setting , and it's hard to imagine a better place to relax and enjoy a great meal in Ko Olina Oahu. This not a typical hotel restaurant, much better. I highly recommend Longboards if you're looking for delicious food, great service, and unbeatable island vibes!

Famous tuna melt

Longboards is always my go to once I check in here at the Marriott Ko'Olina. The tuna melt is one of the best that I have ever had!! Especially when you're just relaxing poolside or on the lagoon in front of longboards! We also ordered the double smash burger with garlic truffle fries!! Service is very quick and they even bring it up to you poolside via the mobile order app. Which is only till 5pm I believe. We will be back again as we are here every year!

Food and service are good, but we go for the sunset views. Menu is relatively limited but food quality is above typical beach or bar food. Views of the beach and sunset are gorgeous. Prices are a little high because it is a beach resort.

Average...nothing really bad, nothing stellar. This is a bar and grill that's on the premises of the Marriott Vacation Club in Ko' Olina. Good location very close to the lagoon. Outdoor seating. Service was slow. They have the basics here. We got buffalo wings and salad. They were again average, I can't really complain. Typical bar/grill food. If you are at the Vacation Club or spending the day at the nearby beach and you're not looking for something homemade or special, this is your place!

Ron V.

The food selection is good but overall it's pricey for what it is. But it does save you the trouble of leaving and driving somewhere else if you're staying at the resort. The service was slow and the food can take a bit longer depending on the time and day. The atmosphere is relaxed and right off from the beach and pool area so you don't have to go too far.

One of the onsite restaurants at the Marriott Ko'olina Beach Club, Longboards is the go-to place for to go orders, pick up, or delivery to any poolside chairs. There's even a qr code in every room that you can use to order for pick up. The workers are incredibly friendly but the food is exactly what you'd expect. Not terrible, not great but very expensive. Offerings include burgers, poke, chicken katsu curry, salads, and a bunch of other typical American food. If you have time, better food can be found elsewhere in Kapolei but when you're caught up enjoying the resort, it's par for the course.

Restaurant at the Marriott Ko Olina. This was 1/2 restaurants on the property and their prices were a little high but the food was pretty good considering limited options in the area. We had a little of everything everyday. We came here often for the week we stayed at the Marriott. Best thing was their chocolate pie. Great for dessert. I also enjoyed the shrimp quesadilla. fish n chips were good, fish tacos for lunch was good too. And nachos weren't too bad. Service wasn't too the worse. and the ambiance was very laid back. It was nice to relax after a long day. Drinks were good. You could get drinks at the bar throughout the day.

Great food, great drinks. Staff is super friendly and pleasant. Atmosphere is everything and this place definitely has it. Also they have a great happy hour!!! With great choices and even better pricing! Also Malia behind the bar is super sweet! Her smile and over all kindness made my day!!! Tip her well!!

A nice little restaurant on the Marriott resort. You can dine in their outdoor space and overlook the beach. Or you can order take out or have it delivered poolside by QR code. We tried chicken tenders, fries and a few non-alcoholic drinks. It was okay, nothing special. But it hit the cravings for sure. I do feel like prices are a little high, but also it's in Hawaii at a resort, so that makes sense. The service was top notch tho, everyone we encountered over the phone and in person was kind!

Ask the Community - Longboards

Do they currently offer a happy hour?

Yes; every day, 3-5 pm and 8-9 pm; $3 off draft beer and tropical drinks.

What is included on the breakfast buffet vs the continental breakfast?

There are hot items on the buffet (e.g., eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, bagels, etc)

If we are staying at the resort is this the best option to watch 1 of the NFL games on TV this Saturday? If not what or where would our best bet be? We would hate to miss the game (the game is on NFL Network)

I would watch it from my beautiful room with a fabulous view.

Is there parking?

This is within the Marriott resort, so there is parking in the Mariott complex. There is also general parking in the Ko'Olina "compound" but those go very fast.

When is happy hour?

2 - 6 pm

Can you order food and drinks and eat on the beach instead of the restaurant?

Yes

When do they close?

9pm

But if you're lucky enough to get deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious bar food at happy hour prices, & great service from an attentive staff, BOOM! Easy "5 star" rating on Yelp! One of my childhood friends came home to da 808, so we decided to do a small get together at 808 Craft House, as the the bar/restaurant was close to the Aulani Hotel (where my friend was staying). The restaurant has an open air, causal atmosphere, with several TV's for sports events. I didn't look at the menu as I was too busy chatting away & catching up, but my friend did the ordering & got several plates of Frrrrrrried Chicken wings, pizzas, & onion rings. Of course at "808 Craft House" they are known for their craft beers, so many glasses of beers were ordered that afternoon. Unfortunately for me, I no longer can partake in alcohol, but those beers sure looked refreshing. I was totally surprised about the parking situation for this strip mall. Why do I say this? Unfortunately at this strip mall, there is NO FREE parking at all (not the restaurant's fault). You have to use your smart phone & scan the QR code to pay for parking if you choose to visit any business on this strip mall property. I ended up paying $16.20 for 3 hours parking. That was the only bummer thing about visiting this strip mall.

I never have done the character breakfast so this review is purely for their dinner experience. I kinda wish though that they change up the menu more as I recall the menu not changing much each time we visit. The dinner menu is a set 3 course meal where you have to pick an appetizer, main entree, and dessert. The kids have a set 3 course meal to choose from as well. This time I ordered their ahi tuna special, which so happened to be the special over 2 years ago lol! I chose their corn chowder as my appetizer and honestly after the cheesy bread rolls and soup, I was pretty stuffed by the time my entree came. It was still a lot of food, and I only took like 3 bites before o threw in the towel. As for the dessert, I chose the dulce de leche cheesecake, which deviates from the usual Mickey brownie with ice cream that I ordered. I still prefer the brownie now that I've tried both. Ambiance is nice and I actually prefer the outdoor seating because I find the architecture and landscape of the resort so beautiful. Ashley was our server for the night and she did amazing! I was bothering her and Kiki and asking them questions all night and they were so nice and patient the entire time. Parking was good, and the overall vibe was chill, though it did get a bit noisy. The biggest issue was the condition of the restaurant. The place felt pretty run down. The floors were very dirty, the seats were torn and patched with electrical tape, and the windows were so dirty that we actually thought the restaurant had shut down one day when we were walking by. The bathrooms were also pretty gross, even for a casual bar/restaurant. I wanted to like it more because the food itself was good, but the cleanliness and upkeep really took away from the experience. They definitely need to do a better job maintaining the place. I'd probably only return if I heard they had cleaned up and refreshed the entire restaurant.
