The day before the move I received confirmation call from their office. Next day I met 3 movers and a truck at 9 am. Movers arrived in a huge and clean truck. Movers had plenty of packing materials. Since there was only one mover I stepped in and helped and it took way longer than it should have. Though he was on time and accommodating, what sent me over the top was the unprofessionalism. Their mover unprofessionally hit on me after and during the move. At the end of the move, he had asked for my snap and Tiktok and I declined. Usually, I would pay no mind to this but he was so persistent that he messaged me again through the business #. Bryan was super communicative about the day of move. Since we couldn't do a home visit to evaluate the load size he accommodate us by reviewing pictures and giving us an estimate. There were Some issues with truck pick up timing and he kept us in loop all along about his expected arrival time on the day of the move. They worked hard and packed all our items with care. On the unload side they took care of our new location and our stuff. They were very kind and super courteous. There was some stuff left in the car of one of the moving team and they called us later and returned it to our house. I would totally without hesitation call BRyan again if we were to move. The day of the move they said 6-7pm. Then they showed up at 8pm (which was our original time). We moved our entire day around to ensure things were packed by 5pm so we could make the long drive that night. Obviously didn't happen. My husband specifically told them to not park in front of our neighbors house or driveway. They parked in front of it anyways. When they came to shake my hand it was clear as day that they were high on drugs. Tony hopped in the drivers seat of our 26 foot moving truck and drove up and down our street going like 40mph almost side swiping both my car and my husbands. Trying to back it in our driveway. He got out and started screaming "shut the fuck up you fucking bitch. I've been doing this 25 years". Gwen yelled "oh shut up it's only been like 16". They got in a full blown fight in our driveway and down the street. Neither of them were professional or nice. I was honestly scared for our safety. This business needs to be stopped and they need to be fired. We asked them to leave our property immediately. My neighbors called the cops for them screaming out in the yards at 8pm! So embarrassing.
