I've only gone through the drive thru, so I can't comment on the inside or the patio area, but everything I've gotten here, I've loved. I really like the selection of frozen coffee drinks! The Cafe Sua Da is legit and nice and strong, but sweet. The Mango smoothie and mango milk teas were both great as well. I love the chewy, sweet texture of their boba. Another reviewer mentioned not liking them or not having enough, but I found that the amount is the same as other places and I really like the texture. I'd compare it to Sharetea's boba texture, but maybe slightly softer? I would definitely recommend. Prices are fair and drinks great. Omg their lavender coffee is absolutely amazing! Not only can you taste the subtle lavender but they do not skimp on coffee unlike their corporate competitors. You will not be disappointed nor will you walk away feeling like you had more milk then coffee. Warning, if you don't like foam be sure to say so... This location inside is so nice and every time I go it seems like the perfect place to work, study or vibe because you are not too close to everyone but it is still coffee shop feel and set up. The coffee is yummy but it was so hot inside that we had to sit outside which is telling for mid May in Houston. Also, a worker? The owner? came outside to smoke at two separate times m right in front of the door and threw the lit cigarette into the parking lot. It was disgusting and my partner had to go step on it and put it out. This is still a thing? read more

The entrance: very easy parking in this newer complex and the door is under a beautiful covered patio. 2. The first vibe: relaxing vibe - soft music 3. Time 2 table: counter service 4. The menu: they have a digital menu (see photos) they have food as well. 5. The server: very nice and very helpful today. He helped walk us down the menu and made suggestions for what to get today. 6. I've been to plenty of other places ordering Vietnamese coffee and Long Coffee is consistent every time! It's decorated cute, but it's pretty loud and there aren't too many tables if you're planning to go by to get some work done. Free WiFi and friendly staff were both bonuses. A favorite place to get a chai tea latte, and it's a great location for both Katy and Houston access. A chic yet minimalistic interior with an almost-European-feeling atmosphere(hard to explain, you must see it) that Katy hasn't had yet! It's not watered down like some places. -Price - better priced than other places -Drive-thru- who doesn't like the convenience of not getting out of your car Cons: - Sweetness level adjustment is only 0%, 50%, 100%. I usually do 30 or 25% at other places. 50% is too sweet here. I am hoping they add more adjustment levels. - Boba - texture and taste is different than typical..hard to describe. I love this place! Been going here since it was named Boba Zone in China town. I love that it's the only boba place opens before 11am nearby (they open at 8 and the China town location opens at 7), which allows me to stop by before work. The frozen Cafe Sua Da is really good! We go to the Bellaire location all the time so we had to try out this new location when visiting our friends in Katy. Love it! The drive through is super convenient off of Westgreen and we noticed that they have different menu options as far as coffee goes. Even with the different coffee options we ordered our standard Vietnamese iced coffees. I usually order mine half sweet at the Bellaire location but was told they couldn't do that at this location because of how it is made. The cashier did offer to make mine stronger though, which turned out really yummy! We also gave our phone number to join the rewards program but not sure how that works yet. Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. After being so excited about Long's new location, the constant disappointment with their lack of attention and care to fulfill orders has finally gotten to me. We ask for half sugar in our drinks most of the time. However, as of the last six or so months, they put full sugar in our drinks every 2 out of 3 orders in spite of the notation on the cups to put half sugar. It was so bad today that I couldn't drink even half of the frozen coconut mocha. Unfortunately, I only started drinking it when I'd already driven off. The other two drinks we ordered were also marked half sugar, but were clearly full sugar. Please get your act together Long's. read more

Me and my fiancé were visiting Houston/Katy Texas when we stumbled upon this gem of a place. We are already coffee lovers, but this coffee was unlike any other coffee we tasted. It was the perfect blend of coffee for my frozen cookies and cream with mocha drizzle. My fiancé had a Cafe Sua Dang and she was blown away by the taste. Me and my husband tried Long Coffee a few weeks ago and loved it! I went back this morning and unfortunately didn't get a full cup of coffee. I was really disappointed to see that my cup was only filled up 2/3 of the way. Make sure you check that they don't just fill the rest of the cup with foam.
