With most people using their phones to pay, we thought that was definitely an inconvenience to their customers. For a Saturday evening, it was pretty busy so it was a bit of a wait but after a few minutes we were able to order. I decided on the "Love It" size and ordered the French Vanilla Ice Cream w/ Cookie Dough, Brownie and Oreo, which is my go-to. I love that they load the cup with an abundance of ice cream but I hate that you can't put the lid on without the ice cream spilling over. Either way, it was great and it hit the spot. Overall, the staff was great and the inside was pretty clean. If I'm ever in the area, I'd definitely return.

Ice cream can get incredibly rich for me very fast, but that wasn't my experience with their rainbow cookie ice cream! Very smooth, almost reminiscent to birthday cake, with just the right touch of sweetness. There are plenty of seating indoors, and lots of spots to park your car outside! The staff are friendly and they keep the place extremely spotless, cleaning surfaces and even wiping down the glass doors and windows through the night. They also have a water dispenser in the event that you need a sip of water and it's great for people like myself who need water after a sweet! The place is very quiet around the evening (we were there around 8:40pm) and there's hardly a line, if at all. But the place stays open til 10pm throughout the week. The place deserves more traction. I will definitely be coming back here with my husband who is an ice cream fiend!

It was raining, and I stood there for about 10 minutes. I was literally the only customer there at the time. Anna was inside near the front window and looked directly at me multiple times, but never once came over to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. Instead, she went back to writing something down. After waiting in the rain, I finally walked around to the front window. The second I got there, Anna opened it and asked if I needed help. I asked why she never came to the mobile pickup window where I'd been waiting, and her response was that it was "too much of a pain to open." That's honestly not an acceptable excuse, especially when a customer has already been standing there in the rain waiting for an order that was ready. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't the only issue. The ice cream itself was terrible. It tasted sour, was watery, and honestly just nasty. I threw it away after a couple of bites because I couldn't finish it. The location itself also isn't very inviting. There's nowhere to sit or enjoy your ice cream--it's basically just surrounded by parking lots with no real atmosphere. I'm very disappointed because I've been to other Bruster's locations and have always been treated like an actual human being. This location was the complete opposite. Between the poor customer service and the bad quality of the ice cream, I won't ever be returning to this location.
