I stopped by Look Up Cafe recently, and it was a great experience. The cafe was very clean and I quickly noticed the cute backdrop as soon as I walked in. This dessert cafe has an amazing selection of handmade cakes that are baked fresh in their kitchen daily. I tried a slice of the Nutella cake, Reese's cake, and Oreo cake, and each one was perfectly spongy, moist, and not overly sweet. My favorite was the Nutella cake. The other flavors were just okay. The service was also excellent; everyone was friendly and welcoming. I couldn't decide which cake I wanted and they encouraged me to get all three lol. I took too long to visit this place! It's the best little unique dessert spot to get real bingsu (Korean snow cream parfait). I love the mango one and the red bean. The red bean has bits of mochi in it too. The texture is hard to describe, but it's super finely shaved snow cream that melts in the mouth so nicely. It's not coarse like snow cones. If you don't want bingsu, there's plenty of other options like blue bell ice cream, and lots of lovely cakes and macarons! The space is very nice to sit in and relax. We were craving some Asian desserts/flavors and I ended up fining this nearby place on Yelp. I wasn't expecting the sign coloring for this type of cafe, but it is large enough to notice from the road. It's at the end of a strip and there is plenty of parking. There was also plenty of seating with lots of space in between so you don't feel crowded. The inside was cutely decorated and clean. My friend and I ordered a slice of Taro Cake and a regular size Red Bean Bingsoo (also categorized here as Snow Cream Partfait) for dine-in. The Taro Cake slice (Taro Flavored Sponge Cake layered with Taro Extract, Purple Yam Spread and Taro Flavored Whipping Cream) was light, yummy, and not extremely sweet. The Red Bean Bingsoo was as described (i.e. filled with finely shaved sweetened milk and toped with Roasted Soybean Bean Powder, Mochi, Vanilla Ice Cream & Red Bean Paste). The order of ingredients didn't quite match the description as the bean powder was on top of the ice cream, but it didn't make a difference to me since you are supposed to eat everything together. The ice cream did taste a little different than I was expecting though. It was sweet, but not extremely sweet. They pack it in the cup, so scoop carefully in order to not loose any ingredients to the table or floor. Both were the perfect portions before we went back home for dinner. Such a spacious, kid-friendly cafe! Ample seating and delicious treats available!! I really enjoyed my experience at Look Up. I brought my 2 year old and she loved it as well. It seems like a popular spot for parents to bring their kids since there were other families that came in right after us. I can attest that this is a great place to bring your kids, not just because of the desserts, but because there is comfortable seating available for families. There are couches and even a kids table! The staff members the day that we went were very attentive and gave us our entire order within 5 minutes. We ordered a lot. - Pistachio latte with soy milk - Passionfruit boba with soy milk - Slice of fruit cake - Vanilla cake snow cream - Macarons: birthday cake, ube/taro, and Oreo I really enjoyed my pistachio latte. I added a shot of espresso and it hit the spot. I only wish they had other milk options other than soy and whole. Hopefully in the near future they will! I didn't realize that the Passionfruit boba drink was going to have milk in it. We substituted it for soy milk but I definitely do not prefer milk with a Passionfruit flavor. That's just me. I didn't really like the drink but my daughter did. Lol. It was really sweet and you cannot adjust the sweetness unfortunately. As a personal preference, I would have wanted to adjust the sweetness. They were out of boba (which was okay, of course, I understand). However, I did not find the employees very friendly and the pastries were kind of gross. I had ordered 100 macarons on 6/26/25 to have it ready for pickup on the day of my baby shower on 8/2/25. I specifically requested for 100 ALL-WHITE macarons but in 5 different flavors. They said they can make it happen for me. I had already committed to paying for it at pickup and they told me I can pick it up at 2:00pm on 8/2/25. I received 2 calls from an unknown number WITHOUT LEAVING A VOICEMAIL so I thought it was a spam risk call. I eventually tried to call back and nobody answered. Little did I know that they cancelled it all bc I didn't answer. Also, I was with my family at the time so I dont answer unknown numbers esp when i'm spending time with my family. Then I realized they actually didn't make my custom ALL-WHITE macarons in different flavors when they assured me they would do it. This caused me a lot of stress on the day of my baby shower and I was late for an hour and 10 mins because I had a panic attack over this $300 order that they didn't make. I had no choice but to get the macarons in their usual colors which did not match my baby shower theme, because there was no point in arguing with them anymore when I am already late. They gave me a 10% discount for the 100 macarons but it still did not compensate for the severe distress they caused me on the day of my baby shower. I couldn't stop crying. Because who cancels a big order for a special day?! I trusted this dessert cafe and they betrayed my trust. I dont see myself coming back. I now have trust issues with this Korean-owned dessert shop. I made it perfectly clear with them what I wanted. I even showed pictures to make it extra clear. Language barrier is a stupid excuse at this point. I will never recommend this dessert shop for special orders esp when people are hosting parties. They are only good for making small orders. NEVER ORDER IN BULK with them. read more

Is a nice, large space, peaceful relaxing music playing in the background, eclectic decorations on the wall that invite you to take another look without overdoing it. It's moist, fluffy, the frosting doesn't overpower the taro flavor with sweetness and it makes it perfect!! My daughter said she didn't want cake, but I told her she'd regret it if she doesn't at least try this cake. I visited on a Monday early afternoon to have a cuppa with my friend. We absolutely loved our experience here. The inside has nice decors and ample seating. I thought it was neat that it had communal style seating in multiple formats-- some are sofas, some good for work desks, and others good for 2-seaters and 4-seaters great for family with children. The cakes were to die for too. We got the Belgian chocolate mousse cake and Lemoncello torte cake with mascarpone cheese. Both were absolutely delicious and my friend and I were totally pleased. We're from Tokyo and we routinely miss the sweets and tea shops available back home. It's nice to find a tea shop we can catch up on for hours over a good cuppa tea and good cakes. Although we chose to stick with water yesterday, I hope to visit again in the future to try their other drinks and delectables. When we arrived we were delighted with so many different options it made it hard to simply choose one. I asked what the most popular was and the staff confirmed it was the fruit cake which I figured because there was only one slice left so that made my choice easier to choose from. My son selected the red velvet cheesecake and we looked into a latte but opted out to stick to what we came for. We were provided our food in to go bags but we planned to eat there. This dessert cafe is less than 10 minutes from where I live which is VERY dangerous... The last time I was here they had a wall FULL of candy that you can buy by the weight but they got rid of that - sad day. But they still have plenty of other goodies here like: a variety of different cake slices, shaved ice, macaroons, boba drinks, and blue bell ice cream! I got two slices of fruit cake to go and at $6 a slice it was bit hefty but the slices are big and the flavor is very good! It's a sponge cake that comes with fresh strawberries and mangos! Look Up Dessert Cafe is a small Korean dessert cafe that offers bubble tea, ice cream, cakes/pastries, and potbingsoos (Korean shaved ice). The hubs and I came here after having a late lunch in the area, and we ordered a Strawberry Cream Snow Cream (came with strawberries, and a cheesecake topping) and a couple of bubble teas (green matcha milk tea and a strawberry tea). The potbingsoo was a little lackluster, as I wasn't a fan of the cream cheese cubes; there was definitely a lack of toppings and condensed milk, as it was mostly ice. Both of the tea were not great, as they were both super diluted; the milk tea was 'creamy', but had a funny taste to it, while the strawberry tea was super watery. Staff was friendly. I was surprised that the space was pretty large with ample seating. They had some BTS items up at the front, which I thought was pretty funny!
