I tried calling them three times but, no one would answer the phone. I completed a jot form online to put in a complaint and ask for a refund. It said someone would be contacting me, no one did. I told her everything that had taken place and asked for a refund for the flatbread that was made wrong from there. Since it wasn't going to be eaten, it went in the trash. Her response was that the TSC App is a third party, so she didn't have authorization to give a refund. I had to point out that it was that Tropical Smoothie Cafe that made it wrong. The woman's response was I should have stopped payment through my bank. I had to explain there were other items ordered, so that made no sense. Whether they didn't read the order, or just not paying attention to what they were doing, they don't want to take responsibility for a mess up they made. I didn't get a refund for it. I informed the woman, that's Bad Business, a very Bad Way of doing Business!
