While I was waiting in line, she proactively recommended a buy-one-get-one promotion on a workout bra to another customer -- going above and beyond without being asked. It didn't take more than 20 minutes for him to start being extremely rude not just to me but to other customers as well saying that there were no sizes available and started pressuring me to get my hat customize to which I didn't want to. I ended up getting my hat customize after all, to which Chris asked who I believe is named (Wendy) how long for my hat to which she said 30 to 40 minutes. When I came back, I looked at my hat twice to make sure everything was right but I noticed that the name I had gotten was misspelled to which I complain to Chris, why the name was messed up and he told me I had signed off on it so the spelling was right. I wanted them to fix my hat because it wasn't cheap. He said no it was right and I was on a time limit and also furious at the fact they misspelled the name. I asked if I could get a refund to which Chris said no because I had multiple things done to it. Instead he said something on long the line "shut up and let me fix the hat" also said " the longer we talk the less time I have to fix the hat". I said fine because I didn't want to deal with him anymore and I just wanted my hat. He ended up redoing the name on the hat which took him another 25 minutes. He put the right name on the hat this time but you were able to still see the old markings of the old name. I don't recommend coming to this location or at the time that Chris is working, that way you don't fall the same way I did. I would no longer be coming to this location, I'll be going somewhere else were they appreciate my time and money.

Came to do some Christmas shopping here…read more The store is nice and neat. They have a nice variety of clothing for men. Women and a small little section for kids. They had a great sale going on and I was able to find some gifts. They have nice sweatshirts, sweat pants, t-shirts and other clothing. I found a few sweatshirts and tshirts for the family. Their customer service was very disappointing. There were two employees in the store. Not one person offered to help. We asked about finding a size large for some sweatshirts and they just that the sizes are all mixed in there. Well. We had already looked and didn't find it. The other employee was in front folding some clothing and saw me trying to get a top that I couldn't reach. He walked away. Luckily another customer in the store helped. I don't shop in the store very much and probably wouldn't come back.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately welcomed by two store employees and allowed to browse the store without being followed or spied upon like other stores. Only when I had a few questions, did store employee , Manny approach me. Manny was able to assist me, answer all my questions and even introduce me to a new and free discount the company now offers customers. I was unable to select only one pair of running/walking shoes so before I knew it, I had three pairs of shoes and two packs of socks on the counter, ready to compete my transaction. I also had two other employees assist me while I was shopping in the store despite other customers shopping as well. The customer service I received was EXCELLENT!! Pricing for my shoes was great, the discounts I received were GREAT and as a result, I walked out of the store extremely satisfied.
