12.14.22 I stopped in today to return an XS Petite (XSP) sweater I had purchased online as the neck was loose or stretched out. I decided to try on another sweater just to see if the neck was any different and fortunately it was much more fitted. I did up the size to a SP in case it shrinks around my tummy in the dryer it won't be snug. There was an associate who came up to me and asked if I wanted a fitting room. That was nice as my hands were full with merchandise to try on. My exchange at the register was a seamless transaction and I was pleasantly surprised to learn I got a credit of $7.47 as my sweater was on sale. This location seemed more spacious than at other locations within malls. They have a large selection of merchandise and have friendly and helpful staff. read more

Returned an item today that I ordered on 1/2/25. Haven't had it for 30 days. I received half of the amount I originally spent bc it was past the 30 days of the original order. Ridiculous!! If that's the way they now do business they should send a courier with my item the same day I order it. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Loft again. Been a customer and card holder for years - very disappointing! read more

Love Loft - the associates working here need some more training... I bought a sweater at this location, but when I went home and tried to wear it, it was terribly itchy and could not even walk around my living room with it. I brought the tag, receipt and sweater back the next week. The associate working there told me I could only receive store credit since the tag was not attached. I was confused as I had never heard a policy like this - I still had the tag and the sweater was in perfect condition. She turned to the other associate next to her and she confirmed the policy. I did not want to cause an issue and assumed they knew what they were talking about so i accepted it. I called customer service on my way home as this policy was very odd - they told me that that was NOT a company policy. I was lied to by two associates. I was told I would hear back from corporate ASAP. I received an vague email telling me someone would follow up with me a few days later. It has now been 2 weeks and I still am getting the run around from Loft customer service. By now there is not point in getting my money back, I just want to share my experience and make sure the store stops doing this to its customers. read more

I really like this Loft location! I've been here a few times and purchased many tops for work, always a satisfying and quick experience. The store is very organized and clean. Serious shoppers come here which is nice and havoc-free. The dressing rooms are large and the staff is knowledgeable on when is in stock and where certain clothing is located. They even have a Petites section! Its always nice and cool in the store in the summer :) read more

Current management is rude, she's got this passive aggressive attitude and uptight. She just stated she doesn't make any mistake especially when an item goes out of the store without a tag. she was adamant about it in how she's always right. All i wanted was to change a pair of jeans for different size since i ordered online. the tag on the waist of the jeans was still on however she insisted that a tag with plastic attached is what she needed. also, she was demeaning another store assistant in front of me. even though, her accent was thick but I still made out what she was saying. i'm never coming back to this store. read more

I generally love this Ann Taylor Loft because it's kinda hidden by the Target and overshadowed by the Kohl's...so it's generally pretty empty...which means no wait for a dressing room, and a wider selection in the sales section. P.S. Please don't judge me for shopping at ATL - my office is business casual, and ATL tends to have work-appropriate clothes cheap. PLUS, they tend to run large, so all my skirts are size 2 and 4s. HAHA...I'm a girl, these things are important. read more

Love this store. This is a great location for me. I can always stop by quickly (ok, maybe not so quick) on my way to Target or Kohls. The store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly. And I have never waited for a dressing room (but I am never there on weekends). read more

Was not impressed with the customer service. Did not get greeted or asked for help yet other customers did. I was looking to buy work outfits and dresses for vacation but was not given any help. This location had multiple sizes of 0 and 2 but nothing much over a 6 even though other loft locations offer a wide range of sizes. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

Very disappointed. I used to love this store. The customer service was HORRIBLE the other day. I walked in and not one person of the 3 I saw even acknowledged I was in there. I kept looking for a particular size pair of jeans and couldn't find any that size. I made a comment to one of the salespersons and all they did was shrug their shoulders and kept walking totally ignoring me. I walked out at that point. It used to be such a great store. Don't know what happened. Don't think I will shop there again. read more

My friends and I went into the store at 8:40. Anne Wilson was the sales associate and never once asked if she could help us or if we needed anything. She then Followed us out of the door and then pulled the door closed after we walked out. She seemed as if it were more important to get us to leave than to be servent oriented. read more

Clothes are great customer service is a joke. Would recommend maybe have someone who knows the system run the register as well as more then one person. Got charged WAY MORE when the items should of been free. Told the girl an her whole attitude was just rude. Saying we will take care of it in a minute. Find someone else to help me then. While Ann Taylor Loft itself might not be that exciting, the service I got on the phone today, 3 days before Xmas, was pretty good. Admittedly, the woman who answered the phone first didn't want to go and do a search for me, as she had a whole line of customers in front of her. However, she did end up going and looking for a dress that my colleague wanted for his girlfriend for Christmas and they had it! only store in the area, they held it for me, I walked right in to a nearly empty store, and walked out 15 minutes later, boxed gift in hand. read more

False advertising! My friend and I went in to buy some t-shirts, there was a big sign that said t-shirts $!8. Also big sign that said 50% off full price items. We took the clothes up to check out and the saleswoman said there was fine print at the bottom that said only on select items. We could barely read the fine print. Nothing we picked up was on sale. She agreed sign was hard to read, and she couldn't find any clothes 50% off. Not going back. read more

What a great experience the other day. I moved to Maryland about three months ago and I have not been impressed by many of my shopping experiences to include another Loft store and an earlier visit to this store, but the other day I stopped by this Loft after a visit to the Target next door and I was so impressed with the staff and the store on this visit. They were so helpful even though they were busy. Andrea was a complete professional and seemed to know exactly what would work for me. I Work nearby so I have been inside Loft 3-5 times in the last few months. Not once has an employee greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. After looking for a dress for a special occasion last month, I gave up and walked out due to the complete lack of customer service. With several employees working at a time, they need to better address their customers. Greatly disappointed. read more

Visited this store multiple times and although the staff is friendly, and the store is neat/organized, I had issues every time I bought something. First, I was charged full price for an item that was 40% off. Didn't realize until I got all the way home, and had to trek back the next day to fix it. Then I tried returning an item barely outside the 45 day window and the saleswoman misinformed me that there was nothing she could do, and I had to keep this pair of pants I didn't want. No store credit, nothing. I emailed their customer service and learned I could in fact get store credit for the current selling price. The catch is that the online current selling price for the pants was vastly different from the in-store selling price. In-store price was about $20 less. (Very odd that there would be 2 different prices for the exact same pair of pants). I got my credit, but it was measly. The staff needs training - too many of their mistakes are costing me money. This, plus a bad experience with an online order (2 tops looked worn and even came with some woman's hairs on them) made me give up on Loft. It's just not worth the trouble anymore, I feel a bit scammed, and besides, their vanity sizing is bizarre. read more

Thank you Ann Taylor Loft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have shopped here over the years for my daughter and they have been helpful, but the other day they were beyond helpful. I went to pick up my daughter to attend an event and she was in meltdown mode because she had dropped something on her dress and had nothing else to wear. The store is around the corner from her so I dashed over, ran in and said I need every dress you have in a size 8 and I have only 10 minutes. The entire staff that was returning clothing to racks, stopped, gathered up clothes for me and had me checked out in 10 minutes. I told them I would be returning most of them and they said fine it would not be a problem . Long story short, my daughter had a dress to wear to the event and I returned the others with no comment from the store. Of course I did pick up a few more things when I returned the dresses, but at 40% off who could refuse? I will definitely be back. read more
