Our front door lock was broken. I called a previous locksmith that we previously used. They were a no-show, so I called Locksmith 775. I got a friendly, professional person on the phone telling me that he could send someone out same day, and gave me an approximate time and that the technician would call me when he was on his way. He did and came when he said he would. "Ben" was clean, polite, friendly, respectful of our home, and was able to fix our front door locking mechanism in about 30 minutes. I went to Lake Tahoe 2 weeks ago for snowboarding vacation, I stayed there for the weekend, guess what? I have 2012 f150 that need a spare key with remote start. I tried calling most key duplicator here at the yelp, they are all expensive trying to charge me $180 to $240 for a remote head key duplicate. Got my new key today, very friendly guy. Shawn and Ben are two of the most accommodating, polite, professionals I have met in a long time. My daughter had lost the key to her 2016 Ford Fusion on a Saturday. She called Locksmith 775 and Ben came out immediately to help her. He spent three hours attempting to obtain the key code from the dealer without any luck. We were instructed by the dealer that the car needed to be towed to their lot to have the key code accessed. I met Shawn at the dealer on Monday, who came at a moment's notice ready to make the key. Unfortunately, the person at the service department was not nearly as helpful and we were told that the technicians had already gone home for the day and we would have to come back tomorrow. Shawn was very reassuring and told me that he or his brother would gladly meet me as soon as we sent him a text that the code would be ready. My daughter sent a text when we were at the dealer the following day and he was there within minutes, made the two keys for us, and we were on our way. My faith in friendly, polite, professionals has been restored in dealing with Shawn and Ben. Yesterday I arrived at my place in Reno late at night to find my August electronically locking system would not let me into my home. Apparently the batteries were dead. I had to call a locksmith and I was expecting to wait forever and pay a huge fee. My experience was quite the opposite.
