Shawn and Ben are two of the most accommodating, polite, professionals I have met in a long time. My daughter had lost the key to her 2016 Ford Fusion on a Saturday. She called Locksmith 775 and Ben came out immediately to help her. He spent three hours attempting to obtain the key code from the dealer without any luck. We were instructed by the dealer that the car needed to be towed to their lot to have the key code accessed. I met Shawn at the dealer on Monday, who came at a moment's notice ready to make the key. Unfortunately, the person at the service department was not nearly as helpful and we were told that the technicians had already gone home for the day and we would have to come back tomorrow. Shawn was very reassuring and told me that he or his brother would gladly meet me as soon as we sent him a text that the code would be ready. My daughter sent a text when we were at the dealer the following day and he was there within minutes, made the two keys for us, and we were on our way. My faith in friendly, polite, professionals has been restored in dealing with Shawn and Ben. The went out of their way to help us and we were treated as I'm sure they would want their own family members to be treated. Shawn and Ben are the epitome of the word customer service. Yesterday I arrived at my place in Reno late at night to find my August electronically locking system would not let me into my home. Apparently the batteries were dead. I had to call a locksmith and I was expecting to wait forever and pay a huge fee. My experience was quite the opposite. He showed up at my place in less than 10 minutes and quickly unlocked my door and let me in my house. Coming from California, I expected to have a huge bill and it was quite the opposite. I know this review is very late but I wanted to review it anyway. My sister accidentally broke her key off in her door she had no other key and no way to get to work. She was short on funds and time. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name but he came out and met my sister at 5 p.m. and promptly made her a new key. We lost the key fob for our car and were in a pretty remote location. The tech came very quickly, handled everything professionally, re-programmed the car lock, and made a new key fob for us. 1993 F250 with completely lost keys (still cant find them lol) they responded with 20-30 minutes all the way to Sparks. He evaluated the situation and the fact that he didn't have the parts for the job, and replaced them all with much newer more modern locks (both doors AND ignition) and two keys to match. Working outside in the rain from approx 9pm-12am to make sure I was good to go for work in the morning. All the keys and locks functioned as expected but because it was not the 'perfect' parts there was a small issue with them. That is important because when I brought the issue to him, he went and acquired the perfect parts, came back to my home after work the next day, and replaced both doors and gave me even NEWER keys than the original upgrade. Overall this business cares about its customers, and will consider the factors that maybe even you do not, in order to give you the best experience for the time and money.
